Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents (""non tourists"" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. Well-located small hotel near the promenade with best views of Haifa
Pros:

The hotel is very well-located in the Carmel area of Haifa. It is a nice renovated building on one of the most beautiful streets in Haifa, worth a walk to see the incredible views of the bay, and to see the Ba'hai temple gardens from above. The promenade is close by.

Cons:

Please note that you can hear the nearby road, so if hearing cars is an issue for you, ask for a room in the back of the building.
