الشكر الجزيل إلى جميع طاقم العمل في الفندق على حسن الإستقبال و توفير الغرف المريحه على عدد عائلتي و ضيافة الإستقبال و أشكر طاقم الإستقبال اللطيف خاصه على المفاجأة الجميله حيث تم تقديم لي أكبر الغرف في الفندق بسبب عدد الأفراد العائله و مراعات السن بين أطفالي .... و أنصح بقوه بالسكن في هذا الفندق الجميل .

Pros:

The hotel is very clean, everyone was nice and helpful and even though i came almost at winter amd the view was clouded, you could still see how beautiful the view can look in summer. You can see the whole city. Location is off center so it fits more for the ones who want a queiter stay. Either way, bolt always works from there

The worst I've ever been in my life. - ყველაზე ცუდი, რაც კი ცხოვრებაში ვყოფილვარ.

There is no hot water in the morning and at night at 11-12 o'clock, when you call them they make up a "fault" the towels don't always smell good, at 2 o'clock in the morning there are strange screams inside the hotel, constant on the 2nd floor, every night, there is no curtain in the bathtub and every bathroom fills with water when you shower!!! The hotel is almost empty,


In addition, as I was leaving the hotel to check out, the receptionist told me, "Wait, I want to check the room that you didn't break anything," and after 20 minutes of delay, she told me, "You can leave," as if I had been released from prison. I have never been to a hotel in my life that delays its customers from leaving because the hotel wants to "check the room." It's terrible and horrible!

we urgently need to lower the hotel's rating to 3-4 stars, no more than that, do not recommend at all

დილით ცხელი წყალი არ არის და ღამით, 11-12 საათზე, როცა დაურეკავ, „შეცდომას“ იგონებენ, პირსახოცები ყოველთვის სასიამოვნო სუნი არ აქვს, დილის 2 საათზე სასტუმროში უცნაური კივილი ისმის, მე-2 სართულზე მუდმივად, ყოველ ღამე, აბაზანაში ფარდა არ არის და შხაპის მიღებისას ყველა აბაზანა წყლით ივსება!!! სასტუმრო თითქმის ცარიელია.

გარდა ამისა, როდესაც სასტუმროდან გასასვლელად გავდიოდი, მიმღებმა მითხრა: „მოიცადე, მინდა შევამოწმო ოთახი, ხომ არ გატეხე რამე“, 20 წუთიანი დაგვიანების შემდეგ მითხრა: „შეგიძლია წახვიდე“, თითქოს ციხიდან გამოვსულიყავი. ცხოვრებაში არასდროს ვყოფილვარ სასტუმროში, რომელიც სტუმრებს გასვლას აჭიანურებს, რადგან სასტუმროს „ნომრის შემოწმება“ სურს. ეს საშინელებაა და საშინელება!

სასწრაფოდ უნდა შევამციროთ სასტუმროს რეიტინგი 3-4 ვარსკვლავამდე, არა უმეტეს, საერთოდ არ გირჩევთ.

It was so bad I left on the earliest possible flight Katie and her staff are lovely the hotel poor
Pros:

The staff Katie was excellent as were her staff however it is not the standard of a five star hotel it is a long way short the building is antiquated the location on a very busy dirty road is not for tourists its more for business people. I can't praise Katie and her staff enough but I must be honest about the hotel. There also needs to be a toaster and a proper coffee machine in the breakfast room guys

A five star hotel has a bar this does not have what I would call a bar when I got there there was only 1 beer in the whole hotel and you can't get a drink after 10pm this is not good in 2025 and no room service I am trying to be objective and not mean and nasty the foyer needs livening up and some mood music would help
