Great location, good restaurant with very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Breakfast starting as of 09:00 is a little late for tourists. On our first day it was even delayed until 9:30, which meant we didn‘t get out until very late morning.
Great breakfast idea, but it would be good to ask guests regarding allergens/preferences etc. to avoid food waste.
One evening, hotel staff were moving furniture upstairs and outside or in the attic at 00:30 at night, waking us up and keeping us awake for a while

Pros:

Cute property in a great location, spacious rooms, nice garden and pool area. Food from the restaurant was nice

Double bed was too small

Pros:

Nice cozy room, great service by the staff. Breakfast was included, but we had to leave early the next morning, so the staff brought a breakfast / lunch box to our room that night to take with us.

Great hotel in Kutaisi
Pros:

The room was attractive and comfortable and the the facilities excellent. Filtered water was provided. The shower was brilliant and attractively decorated. The restaurant has a very pleasant ambience and the food is top class! Both dinner and breakfast were delicious.

The garden was a beautiful space with a lovely pool (unfortunately still not open in late April).

Cons:

The reception and breakfast staff were nice and polite enough but could do with a bit of training on how to be more hospitable and approachable.

The hall and stairway is painted in a tacky and lurid red and black - not in keeping with the rest of the hotel's decor!

Very comfortable stay in Kutaisi.
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The restaurant (Doli) was also superb.

Pros:

Nice small hotel in the center of Kutaisi. Our room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Bonus the Doli restaurant attached to the hotel .
