Pros:

Nice cozy room, great service by the staff. Breakfast was included, but we had to leave early the next morning, so the staff brought a breakfast / lunch box to our room that night to take with us.

Great hotel in Kutaisi
Pros:

The room was attractive and comfortable and the the facilities excellent. Filtered water was provided. The shower was brilliant and attractively decorated. The restaurant has a very pleasant ambience and the food is top class! Both dinner and breakfast were delicious.

The garden was a beautiful space with a lovely pool (unfortunately still not open in late April).

Cons:

The reception and breakfast staff were nice and polite enough but could do with a bit of training on how to be more hospitable and approachable.

The hall and stairway is painted in a tacky and lurid red and black - not in keeping with the rest of the hotel's decor!

Very comfortable stay in Kutaisi.
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The restaurant (Doli) was also superb.

Une adresse de charme où l’on séjourne autant pour le lieu que pour l’accueil
Pros:

Un hôtel de charme à taille humaine, porté par un service chaleureux et attentionné.

Lors de notre séjour, nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’atmosphère conviviale et le caractère intimiste de cet établissement, où l’on se sent immédiatement bien accueilli.

Le service est très agréable, toujours souriant et disponible, avec une mention spéciale pour Kristinn, la directrice, dont l’attention et la gentillesse contribuent largement à la qualité du séjour. Dès le premier soir, Kristinn a eu la délicatesse de venir avec moi afin de m’aider à trouver une place pour garer mon véhicule, ce qui s’est révélé particulièrement précieux. Par la suite, elle s’est également chargée, à ma demande, de régler le stationnement en ligne — démarche rendue complexe en pratique — après que je lui en ai remis le montant.

Les chambres sont joliment décorées. Nous avons d’abord occupé une grande chambre, absolument magnifique, avant de changer pour une seconde, un peu plus petite mais tout aussi soignée et agréable.

Le petit déjeuner mérite d’être souligné : très varié et loin des standards habituels, il propose un assortiment de plats permettant de goû

Le restaurant de l’hôtel est également très plaisant, tant par son cadre que par la qualité de l’expérience proposée.

L’emplacement constitue un véritable atout : idéalement situé, l’hôtel permet de découvrir l’ensemble du centre-ville à pied. Il se trouve en outre à proximité immédiate du Green Bazaar, un lieu incontournable à visiter.

S’agissant des quelques points à améliorer, le Wi-Fi s’est révélé parfois instable, et le service au restaurant a pu occasionner un peu d’attente. Il peut également être relevé, à titre d’observation, l’absence de parking au sein de l’établissement, même si cette difficulté a été grandement compensée par l’aide précieuse apportée par la direction.

Ces éléments restent toutefois marginaux au regard de la qualité globale de l’établissement, auquel nous attribuons sans hésitation une très bonne note.

Cons:

S’agissant des réserves évoquées, celles-ci tiennent principalement à un Wi-Fi parfois instable, à un temps d’attente un peu prolongé au restaurant, ainsi qu’à l’absence de parking au sein de l’établissement. Toutefois, ces éléments doivent être appréciés avec mesure : ils relèvent davantage de contraintes ponctuelles que de véritables insuffisances, d’autant qu’ils ont été largement compensés par la qualité de l’accueil, l’attention portée aux clients et l’accompagnement particulièrement efficace de Kristinn.

We had a great time
Pros:

We felt right at home from the very beginning. The staff was wonderful, and it’s a great little hotel in a perfect location. Everything was clean, and we had plenty of space. The hotel restaurant is also fantastic.

Ein kleines nettes Hotel, sehr gutes Frühstück, alles frisch und lecker. Die Zimmer sind stylish ausgestattet.

Cons:

Leider im Bad null Ablage und die Heizung geht im Bad gar nicht. Der Wasserhahn und der Duschkopf könnten repariert werden. Die Lage war ok für die Erkundung der Stadt, nur der Blick aus den Zimmern geht auf eine verlassene Baustelle und komische verlassene Grundstücke, wo sich Müll ansammelt, aber da kein das Hotel natürlich nichts für.

Pros:

Communal hotels have exceptional design, if this is something you enjoy, and I can't imagine who wouldn't, you'll love it here. Very classy. I'd love to come back. We only had breakfast at their famous restaurant Doli but based on it I can understand why it's popular, everything was delicious.

Kutaisi rediscovered
Pros:

very cozy boutique hotel, very tastefully decorated.
Location is perfect, lot's of eating options, as well as local landmarks.
Room is perfectly decorated and sound proofed, bathroom is big and very comfortable, water, coffemaker and fridge was provided. The great touch with soundbar playing chill music.
Even though we did not take breakfast, restaurant on site looked very decent with lots of options.

Cons:

The host lady was a little bit miss leading, the description of hotel on Booking clearly says Parking on site, and when i called the lady responded that Booking description says Public parking >> even though it was not the big deal, similar interaction are not professional and result with low overall satisfaction.
The check in instructions are unnecessarily long but we managed regardless.

Pros:

Absolutely cute boutique hotel, very well designed, making good use of the space. I love every little details, the very kind staff. Even though Kutaisi is not big, the hotels location is great, a few steps from some very nice restaurants and walks away from main sites. Totally worth it!
