Pros:

Ein kleines nettes Hotel, sehr gutes Frühstück, alles frisch und lecker. Die Zimmer sind stylish ausgestattet.

Cons:

Leider im Bad null Ablage und die Heizung geht im Bad gar nicht. Der Wasserhahn und der Duschkopf könnten repariert werden. Die Lage war ok für die Erkundung der Stadt, nur der Blick aus den Zimmern geht auf eine verlassene Baustelle und komische verlassene Grundstücke, wo sich Müll ansammelt, aber da kein das Hotel natürlich nichts für.

Pros:

Communal hotels have exceptional design, if this is something you enjoy, and I can't imagine who wouldn't, you'll love it here. Very classy. I'd love to come back. We only had breakfast at their famous restaurant Doli but based on it I can understand why it's popular, everything was delicious.

Kutaisi rediscovered
Pros:

very cozy boutique hotel, very tastefully decorated.
Location is perfect, lot's of eating options, as well as local landmarks.
Room is perfectly decorated and sound proofed, bathroom is big and very comfortable, water, coffemaker and fridge was provided. The great touch with soundbar playing chill music.
Even though we did not take breakfast, restaurant on site looked very decent with lots of options.

Cons:

The host lady was a little bit miss leading, the description of hotel on Booking clearly says Parking on site, and when i called the lady responded that Booking description says Public parking >> even though it was not the big deal, similar interaction are not professional and result with low overall satisfaction.
The check in instructions are unnecessarily long but we managed regardless.

Pros:

Absolutely cute boutique hotel, very well designed, making good use of the space. I love every little details, the very kind staff. Even though Kutaisi is not big, the hotels location is great, a few steps from some very nice restaurants and walks away from main sites. Totally worth it!

Great experience, really nice room and setting, great staff.

Gute Lage und schönes Inneres!
Pros:

Wir waren bei Ankunft erst erschrocken über das äußere Erscheinungsbild des Hotels. Innen führen dann sehr steile Treppen hoch zu den Zimmern. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind wunderschön hergerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Pool im Garten ist eisigkalt, aber sauber. Das Frühstück wird sehr besonders in kleinen Tonschalen serviert. Ist alles sehr lecker. Auch das Essen in dem Restaurant war hervorragend. Die Angestellten sind sehr nett und sprechen alle Englisch.

Cons:

Handläufe an den Treppen wären wünschenswert, ansonsten war alles prima.

Pros:

Очень милый отельчик! Было приятно, что в номере перед нашим приездом был оставлен мягкий свет настольных ламп и звук радио - создалось уютное ощущение, что вернулся домой) Спасибо! Очень порадовала эстетика в каждой детали и абсолютная чистота - везде!

Pros:

It's very atmospheric and cozy, with a decent location and nice breakfasts. Inside, it was pleasant and atmospheric. Breakfast was nice!

Cons:

The entrance isn't very convenient with a suitcase. You have to carry the suitcase yourself, and if it's heavy, it's quite uncomfortable. Plus, the windows on the first floor overlook a construction site where the lights are always on. Also, it was quite chilly in the room, so I had to turn on the heater.

Cosy, great location, great food
Pros:

Beautifully decorated, very warm and cosy - the smart TV in the bedroom was great for watching movies in bed! Bed was very comfortable. The restaurant downstairs was absolutely delicious - the best meal we had in Kutaisi.

Cons:

The only issue was that if we turned the extractor fan in the bathroom off, the room smelled strongly like cigarettes as people smoke outside the window a lot. I’d recommend the hotel doesn’t allow staff to smoke outside of the side door anymore to avoid this happening in the future.
