Séjour très agréable, calme et bien situé
Pros:

Nous avons adoré notre séjour en famille au Zerta Hôtel. La décoration de chaque chambre et de l'ensemble des locaux est fantastique. Emplacement stratégique pour visiter Tbilissi, à quelques pas de nombreux restaurants, non loin des bains et de nombreux sites historiques. Le personnel est aimable et compétent, avec une bonne maitrise de l'anglais. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Great hotel unfortunately wrong room
Pros:

The location is superb near Meidan bazaar. the family french room is spacious, clean, and the amenities are complete. The area is also quiet.

Cons:

We stayed for 2 nights but the first night they gave us the wrong room (not as we booked), after complaining, they let us move to the booked room for the 2nd night, however, they did not refund the price differences. The room that we booked was actually more expensive than the room we stayed in for the first night..

Breakfast does not have a lot of options, but tastes okay.

Like living in a Wes Anderson movie
Pros:

Each of the rooms has a different theme, and they all look like something out of Wes Anderson movie. The theme of our Room 202 was Russian Czar. The balcony had a great view of the city, and the view from the bed was of 2 ancient churches. Neighborhood is a little noise, but not terrible. Super close to the sulfur baths (we did not smell them) and Maiden Square.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet was only fair and was served 8:30-11:00 a.m. Georgians do not have a cultural history of eating breakfast, so we could not find a restaurant open before 10:00 a.m.

Hotel staff was the best I have seen
Pros:

The property was fine like any other hotel. What makes the place special is the people there at the reception and at the restaurant. Excellent service provided to us while our stay. People there were very friendly and helpful

Cons:

When we checked in the room, the locks of the door were broken but were fixed immediately.
