Pros:

The owner told me when i came to the hotel, after the confirmatiom sent by expedia, he cant give me the room, and the confirmation was sent by mistake

Pros:

расположение отличное, удобно и в старый город гулять и фуникулер и канатка рядом, магазины брендовые;
есть балкон со столиком и двумя стульями, можно вечером прийти отдохнуть. Это единый балкон, для всех, но разделен пихтами, нам повезло, мы одни пользовались балконом с нашей стороны.
При заезде все очень чисто. Приятный дизайн

Cons:

мы жили достаточно долго, 8 дней, и видимо это непривычно персоналу, потому что у нас не убирались, нам не меняли полотенца и не дополняли туалетную бумагу, об этом приходилось просить каждый раз. Постельное белье не меняли.

Pros:

Локація в центрі міста, тому зручно доїхати до будь-якої туристичної точки. Номер чистий, була гаряча вода, гарний вид з вікна.

Cons:

Трохи не сподобалась комунікація перед поселенням. Склалося відчуття, що мене трохи не чули. Я б рекомендувала зробити вивіску на вулиці, щоб люди розуміли на що орієнтуватися, оскільки в підʼїзді складно зрозуміти, які двері ведуть до готелю
