Amazing
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Nice kitchen, washing mashine, AC, balcony with a nice view, spacious shower and big, comfortable bed. The host was nice, checking in and out wasn't a problem. Our apartment was located on 5th floor, so in case of a queue to elevators, walking the stairs wasn't a problem (though we stayed there in September, so there were probably less people than in July or August)

Cons:

Bathroom doors didn't fit in the frame, one towel smelled like sea and the AC didn't work perfectly. Nearby shops are extremely expensive (compared to the standard prices in Georgia), you have to go further to find something reasonable.

Waiting for the elevator, considering that this is a large 40-story building, could take 5 minutes or more. The elevators cannot cope with the flow of people.

Unclean room and deposit never returned
Cons:

The room was not clean – the floor had not even been wiped. The most disappointing part was the security deposit. The owner charged 50 GEL as a deposit but never returned it. I clearly explained in advance that I would check out early at 6:00 am. He agreed, saying he would collect the key and return the deposit. However, when I came to their office at the agreed time, no one was there. I called him, and he said he was at karaoke hanging out with friends and could not come. He told me to leave the key at reception and promised to return the deposit to my Visa card later that day. Unfortunately, he never sent the money. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.

Все было прекрасно.
С лифтами конечно есть проблема, но если пройти чуть дальше (метро 30) до следующей стойки лифтов, то там никаких очередей

Вид на море и горы, есть фен, чайник, микроволновка, холодильник, стиральная машина, утюг, доска для глажки, плита на одну комфорку, посуда

Cons:

Уборка в номерах раз в ЧЕТЫРЕ ДНЯ. У нас была бронь на 2 номера, в одном номере убрали через 6 дней(из семи забронированых), а второй номер не убирали ни разу за весь отдых.
А значит, что ни шампуни, ни гели для душа, ни туалетной бумаги спустя пару дней нет и нужно покупать самому. Есть стиральная машина, но нет порошка, тоже нужно покупать.

Pros:

В описании 2 комнатный люкс с диваном,в реальности однокомнатный стандартный номер,в номере есть все что нужно.
В орби большая проблема с лифтами,в сезон все очень плохо,берите этажи пониже ,пешком спуститесь быстрее чем на лифте.

Cons:

Очередь в лифт,проблемно подняться и спустится.

An ideal spot on Black Sea
Pros:

Clean, well Appointed apartment with killer view of Black Sea and mountains. Comfortable bed and friendly owner/ manager. Best place in town for the money.

Acceptable
Pros:

Location, balcony view and the broker, he was friendly after I got a bad experience with another one who works in the same orbi city, who canceled my booking once I arrived and left me in the street with no room. So the broker of holiday point was so helpful and friendly.
