Cons:

Breakfast is quite simple and a stereotype, the female cook seems not to like her work ( or guests?), never smiles.
Can be noisy if you happen to have inconsiderate people next to you.

Sejour moins bon dans un batiment ancien nécessitant des travaix pour la renovation.

Le seul point fort c’est que c’est pas loin du port.

Cons:

La chambre dans laquelle j’étais, était coincée entre 4 murs des autres bâtiments la rendant inaccessible par le soleil naturel ce qui rendait la chambre invivable sur le long terme.

Je devais y passer 3 nuits mais j’ai dû écourter mon séjour pour un autres endroit qui était un peu mieux.

Odeur de Moisissures, pas d’aération, ventilateur bruyant, climatisation non fonctionnel, petit déjeuner pas bon.

Good place to stay in Stown Town if you don't want to spend much money on hotel.
Pros:

Quite low price and good location, only walking distance (about 1 km) away from the beach. Hotel itself is nothing special, just a hotel, but nothing bad also. OK internet connection and I liked that there was refrigerator in the room and also that you could sit and relax in the rooftop breakfast area at the evening time and just look at the city lights.

Cons:

The air conditioning could have cooled better. There was air conditioning and it was working, but at times it was still a bit too hot. But maybe it is OK for other people, because I just like colder conditions.

Very good option for a short stone town visit.
Pros:

All good. For a stone town visit an excellent option. One room had a but of a smell they changed it with out question.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen um die Stadt zu entdecken.

Cons:

Ich war im Februar bereits dort. Irgendwie hat sich diesmal der Eindruck eingeschlichen, dass einiges mittlerweile im argen ist. In dem einen Zimmer ging die AC nicht, in dem anderen der Ventilator nicht.
Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber diesmal gab es noch nicht einmal Milch für den Kaffee.
Ich glaube nicht, dass ich dort nochmal übernachten werde

Pros:

Great value for money. Very comfortable bed. It had an AC, a TV, and a mini fridge. The room was clean. The location is very near to Darajani Souq and relatively close to the beach, but it was a bit confusing to find the hotel at first. I requested a quiet room because I wanted to relax on my last night in Zanzibar, and I was given one.

Cons:

I wish it had a 24-hour reception to facilitate checkout.

Pros:

Beste Lage um Stonetown zu erkunden. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und sehr gut. Ich habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt, im Zimmer wie auch auf der Dachterrasse. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Ich habe in einigen anderen Unterkünften in Stonetown übernachtet, in diesem Hotel fühle ich mich am wohlsten. Preis - Leistung Verhältnis ist mehr als angemessen. Ich werde hier wieder übernachten und kann es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

・エアコンから水が漏れて部屋の床や部屋の入り口に大量の水たまりができて困った、キャリーケースを開ける場所にも困った、部屋を出て入り口すぐに水たまりで足が濡れた
・スタッフが非常に怠惰。フロントで質問してもtiktokをみていたりスマホゲームをしていてまともに取り合ってくれない
・空港に行くため15:00にトゥクトゥクを呼んでと約束したが、指定の時間に宿に戻っても手配していなかったし謝罪もない。今から呼ぶと言われてきたのかバイクだったので、空港のターミナルまで行けず、バイクを停車させてそこからあるくはめになった。
・wifiが弱すぎて部屋で使えなかった
・タオルは言わないとくれないし貰ったものは少し濡れてて不快だった

- The air conditioner leaked water, creating large puddles on the floor and at the entrance to the room, which was a real problem. It was also difficult to find a place to open my suitcase. My feet got wet in a puddle right at the entrance when I left the room.
- The staff were extremely lazy. When I asked questions at the front desk, they were watching TikTok or playing smartphone games and didn't take me seriously.
- They promised to call a tuk-tuk for me to go to the airport at 3:00 PM, but when I returned at the appointed time, it hadn't been arranged and there was no apology. They told me they were going to call one, so I was on a motorbike, and I couldn't get to the airport terminal, so I had to park it and walk from there.
- The Wi-Fi was too weak to use in the room.
- Towels were provided only after I asked, and the one I was given was a little wet and uncomfortable.
