מדהים, כל מה שצריך לאירוח מהיר
Pros:

התארחנו לכמה ימי נופש בפנטהאוז באזור דיזנגוף והיה פשוט מושלם.
המיקום מעולה – במרחק הליכה מהכל, ועדיין שקט ונעים.

הדירה הייתה נקייה, נעימה ומאובזרת כמו שצריך לחופשה קצרה.
היה בה כל מה שצריך כדי להרגיש בנוח בלי לרוץ לקנות כל דבר קטן.

הכל היה מתוקתק, נוח, והרגיש ממש כמו חופשה אמיתית במרכז תל אביב.
לגמרי מקום שנחזור אליו שוב ונמליץ עליו בכיף.

אי אפשר היה לשהות בדירה כל הריחות של הטיגונים מהמסעדות למטה בתוך הדירה, לאחר שהתלוננו על הנושא ועזבנו את הדירה שעתיים לאחר מכן לא הסכימו לזכות אותנו וחייבו אותנו באופן מלא

ממליץ לבדוק טוב בטרם סוגרים.

בקצרה - נתקענו מחוץ לחדר כי הקוד שקיבלנו לא היה תקין. לא קיבלנו שום מענה במשך למעלה משעה ונאלצנו לבטל את החופשה ולסוע חזרה הביתה בלילה.
באופן מקומם - המארח לא לקח אחריות על האירוע והתחמק מלענות או ליצור קשר לאחר מכן.

וקצת יותר בפירוט - הגענו למקום משפחה עם שש נפשות בשעות הערב המאוחרות. הקוד כניסה לא עבד, אף אחד לא היה זמין בטלפון או בווצאפ במשך שעה.
נאלצנו לבטל ולחזור באמצע הלילה נסיעה ארוכה הביתה.

מסתבר שנפלה טעות עם הקוד ומס' החדר.

טעויות קורות, אך לצערנו הבעיה היא שהמארח סירב לקחת כל אחריות על האירוע. אחרי שיחה או שניים הבטיח שיחזור ופשוט התחמק ונעלם.

שירות לקוחות מזעזע, אין טלפון לדבר מול בן אדם יש אך ורק ווצאפ וגם שם הם עונים בצורה לא אנושית ולא רצינית. עשו טעויות בחיוב , חייבו אותי ב800 שקלים יותר ורק אחרי ויכוח החזירו חלק מהכסף. שימו לב שאתם מזמינים רשום מחיר כולל , אז זה ממש לא המחיר הכולל!! תוסיפו לזה מע״מ וניקיון ב800 שקלים, מה שאומר שזה לעבוד על הלקוח!!! לא ממליצה בכלל
