騒音の多い都心部にあって比較的静かに過ごせる。趣のある建物。

Everything was excellent, very impressed with the service and warmth of the staff

They do not have a buffet breakfast. I chose to have Indian breakfast and chose aloo paratha, It was served so well, with curd, pickle, onion. It was really good. The tea was served in a kettle. It was excellent in terms of quantity as well as taste

Was here for a morning coffee, just had nice hot latte at the road sude good at the restaurant, didn't realize it's a hotel boutique would try others next time, road side entrance looks simple did not see other facilities like any way good location

We had a great moments at the hotel. The staffs are so impressive and very helpful. The garden is so quiet, greenery with the wide space to do open garden events like reception, occasional parties etc. I would like to recommend to please do visit the hotel and collect the refreshments memories with friends and family.

My recent experience at New Shivapuri event Hall - Aranya Boutique Hotel in Kathmandu left me with conflicting feelings as it unfolded as a series of highs and lows.

Let's start with the lows. The event I hosted was plagued by a slew of issues. Firstly, despite assurances, nothing was ready on time. The staff appeared disorganized, and the lack of punctuality cast a shadow over what should have been a joyous occasion. The party venue, advertised as accommodating 200 people, proved to be a tight fit for our 150 guests. The cramped space diminished the overall experience, and it was clear that the venue's capacity had been grossly overestimated.

Adding to the frustration, it seemed that our event took a backseat when there was a larger function in progress. The lack of attention and importance given to our gathering was disheartening, making us feel like an afterthought in our own celebration.

On a positive note, I must commend the room, room service, food, and front desk staff. The accommodations were comfortable, the room service was prompt and friendly, and the front desk personnel were helpful. It's unfortunate that these positives were overshadowed by the glaring issues with the event venue.

However, one significant letdown was the absence of a designated nursery or an extra room to cater to attendees with children. Despite prior requests, this basic consideration for families with young ones was overlooked, showcasing a lack of foresight and customer-centric thinking.

In conclusion, while Aranya Boutique Hotel offered some positive aspects in terms of accommodation and service, the dismal experience with the Shivapuri event venue leaves me hesitant to recommend it for celebrations. The highs were marred by significant lows, and for those looking to host an event in Shivapuri Hall , it might be wise to explore other options that prioritize both professionalism and customer satisfaction.

It was great service and lovely environment in the hotel. I had 2 night stay and it was very wonderful being there.
Good food, quick service and comfortable room..
Had a great experience overall..
Love to visit again..
