سكنت ليلة واحدة في فندق فوق التل وكانت تجربة رائعة. المكان نظيف ومرتب وهادئ، الغرفة واسعة وفيها نافذتان بإطلالة جميلة على الأشجار والبيوت، والمكيف بارد ومريح. أكثر ما أعجبني وجود شطاف وسجادة صلاة مما جعل الإقامة مريحة.

طاقم العمل متعاون جدًا؛ ساعدوني بحمل الشنط وإنزالها، والموظفة المسؤولة كانت لطيفة وتهتم كثيرًا بالنزلاء، حتى تعاملت مع السائقين بدلًا عني وساعدتني حتى آخر لحظة بابتسامتها الجميلة. أشكرهم جدًا على حسن الاستقبال والاهتمام

I stayed one night at the hotel on the hill, and it was a wonderful experience. The place is clean, tidy, and very quiet. My standard room was spacious, with two windows overlooking trees and houses, and the air conditioning was cold and comfortable. I really appreciated having a bidet and a prayer mat in the room, which made my stay even more convenient.

The staff were extremely helpful; they assisted me with carrying and loading my luggage, and the front desk lady was very kind, attentive, and always smiling. She even handled communication with the drivers for me and made sure I was comfortable until the very end. I truly thank them for their warm hospitality.

الذي بيقيم يتكلم بصراحه كي يستفيد الأخرون . هذا الفندق من أفضل الفنادق التي سكنت بها في جورجيا . نظافه 10من 10 يكفيك الرائحة المنعشه وانت تدخل الاستقبال واستقبالهم لك محترمين وبشوشين وخدومين وخدمة ممتازة الفندق الوحيد الي نزلو لي الشنط وودوها لي الغرفة . يوجد لديهم موقف للسيارة في فناء الفندق. يوجد لديهم فطور . يوجد لديهم شطاف اكرمكم الله . هدوء لاأزعاج ولا صخب واطلاله روعه على المدينه . يوجد جلسة خارجيه في الحديقة تقدر تطلب دلة قهوة عربية وتتقهوا في الحديقة مع الاطلاله الجميلة . اكثر شي اعجبني النظاااافة ممتازه والخدمة الي بيستأجر مايندم .

على الرغم من أن الموقع بعيد عن سنتر المدينه والاسواق الا انني ارى ان هذه ميزه فموقعه في طرف المدينه مكان في سفح الجبل بين أحضان الطبيعة هدوء تام نوم هريح بعيد عن صخب المدينة وازعاجها

مالك الفندق سعودي ونعم الرجل كريم اختار فريق عمله بعناية فهم مرحبون ومتفهمون وودودون ومهتم بأدق التفاصيل ويسعى جاهدا لتقديم الخدمات لكي يشعر النزيل بالراحه
القهوة السعودية والتمر متوفره فالاستقبال وعلى مدار اليوم، بارك الله له ووسع له في رزقه.

لو استطاع التوسع فالمواقف لكان ذلك افضل فالمواقف محدوده
كذلك لواسثمر بشقق فندقيه حول الفندق ان تيسر له ذلك فالعوائل الكبيرة تفضل الغرف المتصله وتحتوي على مطبخ خصوصا ان المكان جميل وجوه أفضل من المديه فحوله الخضرة من اغلب الاتجاهات.

Pros:

The hotel was extremely comfortable and authentic. Our experience was so good, the heater and hot water worked without problems. The hotel owner is very helpful as well as the staff. If you don't have a car the location of the hotel is a little on the hill though you can always call a cab as far as I know they are cheap..
