Персонал встретил так грубо, как будто мы им сильно должны(((
ИНТНРНЕТ НЕ РАБОТАЕТ!!!!!! От слова « совсем»😡
Объясняют это большим количеством гостей..((((
А не пробовали свои номера посчитать?????

ОТЕЛЬ НА ХОРОШУЮ « ТРОЙКУ»!!!!, и ни грамма выше.

Нам очень понравился отель. Было чисто, уютно, в номерах есть всё необходимое. Завтрак достаточно хороший. В честь дня рождения моей мамы, нам подарили пирожное и поздний выезд. Спасибо за чудесный отдых!

Cons:

К сожалению пока мы были в отеле, не работал бассейн и был на очистке все время, о чем нас не предупредили заранее.

Отдыхали с 30.12.25 по 05.01.26. Вечером было очень шумно до 1-2 ночи, дети бегали по этажу мимо всех номеров, кричали, стучали в двери, играли в мяч. На замечания никто не реагировал, родители их сидели в холле на этом же этаже выпивали, отдыхали и не обращали на этот трэш внимания!
Ничего не оставалось, как звонить на ресепшен, но и там проблему не решали, не извинились.
Ничего не оставалось, как уехать раньше на сутки домой. В этом кошмаре ещё одну ночь точно не выдержали!

Очень любезный персонал. Нормальный полноценный завтрак. Много свободного пространства.

Cons:

В этом году было много гостей с детьми. Не было специально оборудованного пространства для детского досуга. Было шумно и некомфортно в корридорах.

The hotel’s location and surroundings did not match the pictures shown on Booking at all. The actual area and nature were completely different from what was advertised, which felt misleading.

Cleanliness was very poor and disorganized. The rooms and common areas did not meet even basic hygiene standards.

The gala dinner was a complete disgrace and an embarrassing experience. We paid $72 per adult, but the festive table was extremely poor and absolutely not worth the price. For example, for a table of 11 people, there were only 3 small juices provided, which clearly shows how inadequate and unprofessional the organization was.

Overall, this experience felt like a scam rather than a quality hotel stay. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

Неплохой отель
Pros:

Для небольшого грузинского города, это просто отличный отель!Красивый вид из окна, большая территория, хорошие завтраки(но однообразные)

Cons:

Были сложности с размещением, персонал не очень хорошо понимает на английском, было сложно объяснить что нам нужно.

Pros:

Все сподобалось, новий комфортний готель з хорошим персоналом. Так, є нюанси, що описані нижче, але вважаю, що їх вимоги були завищені.
Сеіданок досить різноманітний і смачний❤️, дуже чисто і привітно, всі дуже старались. Для такого маленького містечка даний готель просто вау. Та і ціна дуже приємна. Дякую!!!

Pros:

Snídaně byla pestrá, ikdyž bohužel studená.

Cons:

Neodvětrané odpady v koupelně, takže na chodbě a v pokoji kolegy byl smrad z kanalizaci.
Po sauně je dobré se moct někde ochladit. Venkovní bazen by byl ideální, ale stačili by i lehátka venku na chladném ovzduší.
