Loved our stay in KTM!
Pros:

The manager, Deepika went out of her way to ensure our holiday was enjoyable. She planned out our four days and arranged sightseeing trips.
The food was great!

Pros:

The hotel itself is great - clean,modern and set back from the busyness of the main street. We had to go to the hospital during our stay the the staff were phenomenal in organising quick transport and translating and advocating for us at the hospital - thank you Sunil. Airport pickups were efficient and punctial. The room service was great - the pasta was very good. The manager and other staff were great with checking in with us - we felt very looked after. Thank you.

great hotel where it's nice to be locked in during curfew
Pros:

Amazing hotel staff who were present all days during curfew in Kathmandu. We happened to stay here in the beginning of September and eventually spent 2 weeks during uncertain times in the country. Hotel did everything to make the stay look and feel totally normal. The services were provided as usual, food and cleaning without interruptions, all problems solved, information and safety guidelins provided.

The best hotel
Pros:

The staff are very good! They would even go beyond their job! Assisted me when i was really sick! Even bought me my medicine. The hotel is very clean and the location is in the center of Thamel were everything is at the doorstep only.
