Very clean and modern

Großes sauberes Zimmer. Das Personal war super freundlich und konnten alle auch Englisch. Wir konnten uns vor dem Check-In im Badezimmer frisch machen und unsere Koffer bei der Rezeption abstellen. Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert und ist überhaupt nicht lauft. Stört also nicht beim schlafen. In der Nähe eine Mini Shop und ein größerer Supermarkt. Bushaltestellen sind in 7 Min erreichbar.

A bit far for families with children to reach city centre

Es ist ruhig gelegen, aber die Wände der Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Man konnte jedes Wort, der Nachbarn hören und wenn eine Tür zuknallt, dann hat man das Gefühl, dass die Tür direkt neben deinem Ohr zugemacht wurde.
Das Apartment ist aber sehr sauber, die Angestellten super freundlich, die Lage ist gut.

Friendly and helpful staff. The online check-in process is convenient. The location is between the city centre and the sea, providing access to both shopping areas and the beach via public transport. A large park is located nearby, suitable for exercise and walks. Multiple bus routes serve the area, making it accessible for exploring locations outside the city.

Unfortunately there is one aspect that forces me to give a lower grade than I would like to.
This concerns the building itself. The issue is the building's lac of soundproofing. Noise easily travels between rooms, so you can often hear your neighbors. We had noisy neighbors, but the staff quickly helped us move to another room. Unfortunately, the new room had the same issue, and we did not want to bother the staff again. The lack of soundproofing affected our sleep throughout the whole visit, so if you are a light sleeper, this is something to keep in mind.

Det var meget beskidt og meget ringe rengøring. Samt var der flere kakerlakker. Har man 4 stjerner skal det også leve op til den forventning. Der var ikke strøm på værelset heller. Overall dårligt sted.

C’était vraiment super, juste la chambre pas très bien insonorisé mais sinon parfait ! Le personnel est très aimable et au petit soin, les femmes de chambre passent tous les jours et nettoie très bien.
L’hôtel est aussi très bien desservi niveau transport. Nous reviendrons !

Amazing room, great location and extremely nice staff!

Clean, comfortable room with kitchenette, including basic kitchen utensils. Laid back vibe and a quiet building in a great location for walking to sites, restaurants, etc. Excellent value.

Second stay here. Great location for exploring the city and in very good condition.

Abbiamo soggiornato bene stanza pulitissima silenziosa bene attrezzata per trascorrere un bel soggiorno dotata di cucina, con frigo e macchinetta del caffè. Struttura bel posizionata in una zona asservita da mezzi pubblici, a piedi 600mt dalla Metro Alameda, due fermate a Xativa per il centro da vedere. A piedi si può raggiungere la zona divertimenti per bambini Parco Gulliver, Oceanografico, Museo delle Scienze, tramite Metro fermata Nou d'octobre linea 3 o 5 andare al Bioparco

Struttura nuovissima con posizione veramente comoda per bus e metro Alameda a 10 minuti di passeggiata nello splendido parco Turia. Reception gentile e disponibile. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

Excellent apartments but with one major drawback - the noise from other rooms. The walls are paper thin and you can hear conversations so if you have inconsiderate neighbours you will have a miserable time. We loved everything about the apartments other than that. They were clean, spacious, comfy beds and we loved having a small kitchen area and fridge. The sofa bed was also large and comfy. Very close to park Gullivere.
