Adequate but expensive
Pros:

Hotel is fine. Considering there is not much in Arad and around the area it was adequate. Food was great. Kosher brekkie with all the staples and well executed. Beds were comfy and TV has all the channels and streaming.

Cons:

Kinda modern but starting to show sings of wear and tear. Staff could smile once in a blue moon. Two receptionists acted like they run a nuclear plant rather than a hotel. Not sure if they are aware of how hospitality works.

דברים שרואים מפה לא רואים משם
Pros:

אין ספק שמי שמפחש שקט ונוף עוצר נשימה זה המקום האידיאלי

Cons:

כבר מהתחלה שקיבלנו את החדר וראינו שזה לא כמו שבתמונה פנינו לאלעד מהקבלה והוא באמת בסדר החליף לנו את החדרים.
הייתה לנו הצפה בחדר מקלחת ופנינו לקבלה של המלון וביקשנו לפחות מגב היינו צריכים להמתין עד יום למחרת כשהתקשרתי שוב לקבלה
בנוסף באנו בחודש אוקטובר השמש הייתה ממש חזקה אבל מבחינת המלון הבריכה סגורה. ממש מבאס
לא הייתי חוזרת לפה ובטח שלא משלמת 1000 שקל ללילה בלי בריכה ובלי ארוחת בוקר

המלון נחמד והצוות מקסים אך חייב שיפור של האוכל ותחזוקת החדרים
Pros:

הצוות אדיב ולבבי , הנוף מהמם והמלון והחדרים נקיים ומזמינים.
ארוחת שבת בערב טעימה וטובה !

Cons:

בערב הראשון שהגענו האוכל היה לא אכיל , מחומם מלפני כמה ימים ולא טרי. לא היו כמעט אנשים במקום אבל גם זה לא סיבה להגיש לנו אוכל ברמה כזו אחרי נסיעה ארוכה ותשלום על חצי פנסיון.
הארוחת בוקר טעימה אך דלה.
במקלחת היה עובש במקלחון ולא היה ציוד כמקובל במלונות.
המרפסות לנוף עם צבע ועץ דהוי ולא מזמין .
