Don’t stay here.
Pros:

The apartment itself was nice but the check in and out was a nightmare.

Cons:

It took us over 1.5 hours to check in and over 45 minutes to check out. Everything at this property is done on line or by phone. The parking was a nightmare. We paid 15 to park and then had to pay another 7 to get out of the parking garage. Basically, this was an apartment in a massive apartment complex , not a hotel.

We never received any information that allowed us to check in. There was no one who responded to us when we needed assistance. We had no parking information. We were not able to check in to the property we paid for. This was a terrible experience

Pros:

Quick overnight trip to Greenville to eat at Lewis BBQ and catch a minor league baseball game. The Mint House accommodations were clean, well kept, a great value and right next door to Fluor Field (the minor league stadium). When I am in Greenville again this will be my first choice for accommodations.

Cons:

Everything was great. Nothing even minor to complain about.

Pros:

it's impossible to find the "hotel. This is an apartment complex run by an operation. There's no people to check in with the branding and it's next to the train tracks. Apartment is nice and as photo, but wouldn't stay again.

Pros:

Check in was a little confusing, but once figured out everything was great! So clean and very comfortable! The mattress and pillows were so comfortable 😃The location was perfect! Walked to all downtown stuff!

Pros:

Great clean place. Good location.
Our room a bit noisy with street noise from some loud cars. Also train blasted its whistle 2 of the 5 nights at 2AM or so. Pool and gym very nice. Right next to minor league ball field

Wonderful, quiet, top notch
Pros:

The location was perfect to get around downtown and the ball field was across the street. The apartment was super clean and quiet except when a game was going on but that wasn't disrupting. The apartment was so comfortable and it smelled so clean. We absolutely love staying here and it is definitely on our list of future stays. Check in is a bit tricky but the instructions are clear and we had no trouble accessing the building.

Cons:

Nothing. It exceeded our expectations.

Still confused and hope nothing is charged to me.
Pros:

We booked the property and they called to tell me it was over sold. They said they were going to move me to a different location. It never happened after a bunch of phone calls and run around.

Cons:

Didn’t get to see it.
