Pros:

They have 3 pools. One was closed and other two have an occupancy limit so were not able to use any. Room did not come with complimentary water like it said. Nice coffee bar but also no complimentary coffee. One of the front desk workers was rude after us being there for an hour since expedia did not book our room. Water in bathroom kept clogging. I booked a premium suite with balcony and ended up with a deluxe and no balcony. They said they couldn’t do anything about it and expedia never answered my messages.

Pros:

The view was absolutely amazing but couldn't get any help with a broken hotub or any other issues kept being told I booked through Expedia and therefore needed to contact them. Good luck with that

Looked like a crime scene happened on the carpet under the table. Balcony was not the cleanest. Was not aware no cleaning service because the property was privately owned. Didn’t find fresh towels til the night before we left. The fake wall of leaves was creepy as heck.

Pros:

I had trouble checking in, since I wasn’t entered into the system properly for some reason. After a quick online chat with Expedia, it was resolved.
