Center Aly located on the heart of thamel clean super breakfast with freshly baked bakery warm and friendly staff restaurant was super with multi cushion and Hanok named Korean food , highly recommended

Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at your hotel. The hospitality of the staff was excellent and made us feel truly welcome throughout our visit. The location is very convenient and easily accessible. The ambience of the hotel is elegant, calm, and well-maintained. The rooms were comfortable, and the bathroom was fresh, clean, and hygienic. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would be happy to stay here again and recommend it to others.
And the food is also excellent.

Cons:

There is nothing to complain about.

First day was okay. But lot of noise when you sleep

Cons:

I have tried to book for another day they have accepted and tried to move us to a different property saying it will be better. But it was very bad option and immediately I have informed the hotel people not to do like this. It resulted in a bad experience

Cons:

I don’t recommended to who likes silent environment. Nepali food was too pricey compared to non-nepali food (thali set Rs$1000 above) and achar from thali sets was musty smelly.

Pros:

It's non star hotels category but you have category 3star. I have noticed in booking lots hotels you category star level. For 1 star also 40 rooms should be available. Price also higher in your booking.

Pros:

The location was great. The hotel has a great choice of restaurants, bar, terrace etc. and they had musicians every night who played so beautiful Nepali music. The staff was welcoming and tried their best to make your stay enjoyable.

Cons:

I made a request to have a double bed which they approved but once there, I got single twin beds. And I booked the hotel twice..
