Don’t trust the online pics and reviews

The pics online do not represent the actual property. I booked for 4 nights, and when I checked into the room I decided to just pay the one night and cancel the entire booking. The property is dirty, the room had disgusting stains on the wall. I felt so gross. I ended up walking up to another hotel to ask if they had any rooms.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoy it throughout. I highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. We received a warm welcome from the hotel when we arrive. We have a big group of 18, and they quickly assist us with our luggage and the check in process is smooth. We love the wonderful breakfast every morning, and we have our lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant almost everyday as they provide delicious local and western meals. The location is great with many shops just outside the hotel, the rooms are comfortable and the environment is beautiful. A big thank you to the manager Mr Mukunda and Mr Narahari who were always on the ground to ensure everything is well with our group.

Cons:

The only little set back is that we encounter some water supply issue but it was quickly resolved by the hotel.

Prisvärt boende med bra läge.
Pros:

Utmärkt läge centralt på Thamel. Enkelt rum men välstädat och rent. Fantastiskt sköna handdukar.

Cons:

Någon restaurang i närheten hade levande musik fram till midnatt varje kväll. Det var lite störande men gick bra med öronproppar. Musiken var inte så hög.

It’s okayish hotel considering the price. Location is outstanding just avoid the restaurant downstairs- terrible service

Considering the price it is OK hotel. You can of course find much better looking ones in Thamel but they will also be pricier.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and the reception team in particular went above and beyond.

An exceptionally welcoming stay!

From start to finish, the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Due to a last-minute change in our plans, we arrived at around 4 a.m., about five hours earlier than expected. We were completely exhausted, especially my parents after the long journey. The receptionist kindly let us rest in one of the recently vacated rooms while ours was being prepared. That small act of kindness meant a great deal to us, and I am truly grateful for it.

During our stay, we went away for two days, and the hotel stored our luggage free of charge, which made our trip much easier. The restaurant downstairs served good food, and the location is excellent for getting around.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and the reception team in particular went above and beyond. I will definitely be coming back the next time I visit Nepal.

Cons:

My only suggestion would be to improve the bathroom layout. There is no screen or barrier between the shower and the toilet, so water splashes across the whole bathroom floor every time you shower. A simple glass panel or shower curtain would make a big difference
