Abbey Apartments by Barsala

The place was clean and neat, clean towels and bedding and with no clutter. I appreciate the extra towels and washer and dryer available in the unit. Would recommend!

I never got my deposit back and it was cleaner than when we got there. There was dirty pots and pans in the oven with bacon grease.

No real complaints, I did notice damaged furniture when I came in. Not a real deal breaker though.

No frills awesome place

This was a great location and probably the easiest check-in process with an apartment reservation, and I have used different companies throughout the US. The Barsala team was responsive. The Space was welcoming, clean, and spacious.

Noisy dog next door, lots of running/jumping upstairs from building residents. Otherwise comfortable and great location. Not sure why, but snow was not removed from parking spaces or from entry way making parking and steps difficult.

He definitely cash grab of $7 a day for parking when there is multiple street parking available at the building. Also, the kitchen pots, pans, plates, forks, knives was a mix and match. Looks like somebody just went to the Goodwill store and bought some stuff. That's the only thing that needs improvement

Place was nice and clean. The host Saundra she’ll go above and beyond to make sure that your stay is exceptional.

Parking was initially tricky, but once you know you can use the street parking it makes things much easier.

Nice property for the price. Convenient location to downtown. I enjoyed the full kitchen. Property was clean inside the room.

Weekend trip. Met up with my Aunt and Uncle from Buffalo, NY. We loved the apartment. Each couple had their own room and bathroom. Large comfortable sofa in front of the TV. We did use the kitchen to cook breakfasts and it was stocked with enough pots, pans, and utensils. Check in and check out were easy. Bed was comfortable. I was worried about parking but 2 passes to park in the building’s lot were included. I ended up just parking on the street near front door as it was a safe area.

Great place! Quiet and clean and close to everything you want to do downtown. Loved it!

Property was great and the local staff was great especially housekeeping and Saundra but some admin person insisted we fill out a document online which I was unable to access and we were already getting ready to check out.
This after the apt was not ready when we checked in.

EVERYTHING was EXCEPTIONAL! From communication for check in to arrival and in between to check-out, our stay was beyond amazing. So attentive, easy, excellent location, clean, accommodating; as perfect as could be! Thank you to Nika and the team for an incredible stay!

I did not even end up checking in and re-booked elsewhere due to the safety issues. They do not provide parking passes, but recommend street parking instead. While driving around the building, I saw multiple vehicles with broken windows. Also, very inconvenient when you are traveling for business and have luggage. The closest lot is a 12 minute walk to the property. Stay elsewhere.

Great place, close enough to walk to restaurants, we had an event at rocket mortgage arena and we walked over the bridge, 15 minutes, it was great. Parking is super easy. The apartment is clean, cute and spacious.
