Nice location. Staff was very responsive with messages and updates. Easy check in and a great staff. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna, also a nice gym available. Clean spacious rooms we had a balcony with a nice view of the bay. Thank you for nice visit.

Beautiful view from my window, room was clean and updated
Great location.
Noise.
The staff went above and beyond, friendly and accommodating. They answered every question, accommodated requests for extra linens and pillows and housekeeping was on point.
The air conditioner was a huge bonus in hideous heat. The view was beautiful. The room was spacious and the fridge was by far the largest fridge I've ever had in any hotel.
Close to Rockport, downtown Rockland, many other coastal attractions and cities.
The wood was so saturated with water from the roof we woke to water leaking into our room from inside on the ceiling. The decking on the balcony splintered so we had to be in shoes when sitting to watch the boats.
This was actually our second time staying here while vacationing in Maine. It's such a beautiful and quiet location and they were so accommodating! We were traveling with toddlers who needed their mid-day naps and early check-in was no problem! The iced coffee from the café was great as well and the barista was kind and efficient! You could also see the Breakwater Lighthouse from the room balcony that was just a few minutes drive away! We really enjoyed doing that as well!!! 10/10 would recommend and I hope we'll be back soon to stay again and again!
Chris at front desk was helpful.
Wall heater was not working. Room was adjacent to another connecting room which was noisy. Old hotel needs signs in the hallways so we can find the elevator. Booking. Com is cumbersome to communicate with.
Breakfast not included. I ate at local cafe - worked great.
I could walk to everything. The view from my room was spectacular.
Staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating.
I think they did fine. This is the level of accommodation I was comfortable obtaining (convenience + price). Didn’t look for fancy or exclusive - that is not me!
Location
No breakfast and the discounted attached cafe was very pricey and closed one morning of our stay. Very poorly maintained room, any “improvements” looked like they were done by a very amateur do it yourselfer.
The space! The view ! The pool, spa and sauna
No treadmill to use, the gym equipment needs updating
