La limpieza puede mejorar bastante

El sistema de no tener recepcion ni llave todo con codigos funciono bien, dalvo que cuando llegue el ascensor no funcionaba, el.bajo es un primero y el.segundo es un tercero pues mas de un dia sin ascensor. El precio esta bien y cumple.

Unfortunately, the elevator in the building was not functioning and we had two suitcases, which we could not carry up 4 flights of stairs. We should have been notified in advance in order to make alternate arrangements.

Nice clean property which has a convenience store downstairs. We did have issues with the fire alarm (false alarms) going off a few times during our stay however other than that really enjoyed staying here.

Complicado hablar y obtener respuesta del servicio de atención al cliente. No pude viajar y les pedí cambiar las fechas....aún estoy esperando contestación. Este tipo de establecimientos causan mucha incertidumbre. NO tiene check in ni Check out presencial y el teléfono de atención al cliente está atendido desde Madrid...Poco margen de reacción.

Comfortable suite, very clean, easy transport to get to downtown Seville

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooftop is absolutely incredible—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained. What really stood out to me was the staff: they were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and communicative, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

El lugar no está mal. Sin embargo, era muy pequeño para 4 personas. El sofá cama terrible. Mus hijos durmieron muy mal. El espacio de lavado muy feo y además la secadora no funciona adecuadamente. Es largo del centro de Sevilla. Pero hay buen servicio de autobús

Muy limpio, en excelente estado. Acceso a cercano a autobús y tren, a los puntos de interés llegamos en 20min en promedio. A un lado una tienda para comprar víveres.
Muy recomendable.

Had a pleasant stay in Seville! The room was spotless, with a comfortable bed and great lighting. The property felt very safe and secure, which was reassuring. However, parking was a challenge—they should make it clear that parking is limited and consider offering discounted options. I ended up paying £25 per night to park at a nearby hospital, which wasn’t ideal

Excelente lugar; el sofá cama no es lo más cómodo pero funciona

Convenient for grocery and dining. A big plus can use laundry. Lift not always avaliable for usage. Strong smell around stairway going to basement.

Alejado del centro turístico y en un barrio donde vive gente y no turistas. El transporte publico te debe servir bien aunque no me hizo falta. La insonorización es mejorable. Muy buen trato con el turno de seguridad. La piscina en la terraza bien bien para refrescarse. A ver si terminan las duchas..
En cualquier caso y dependiendo de las circunstancias yo repetiría.

Having no 24hr reception is a huge disadvantage, checking online is fine but what would you do if you are stuck outside the room and your electronic door key doesn’t work.
Had to call and send a video to someone sitting in Germany to sort out.
I would avoid this jazzer next time and book a proper hotel

체크인 메일이 먼저 안와서 당일에 체크인하는데 어려움이 있었습니다. 전화로만 소통 가능해서 이 점이 아쉬웠어요

Mir hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Es wurde an alles gedacht und als doch Fragen auftraten, war telefonischer Service prompt erreichbar.
Einzige Mängel mMn: Die Räume sind etwas hellhörig, was ich jedoch öfter in Spanien erlebe und die örtliche Lage imnerhalb Sevillas ist nicht die Beste. Ä
Abgesehen davon, zu empfehlen.
