Always a pleasure

This is my second long stay in this hotel. It is a pleasure to stay here. Rooms are spacious, staff are incredibly nice and helpful.

Stylish rooms
Pros:

Excellent location in the heart of Thamel. Very quiet at night and beds very comfy! Staff were super friendly and polite. Would definitely recommend

Highly highly recommend
Pros:

​I've stayed at hotels in over 20 countries, and I can confidently say this is one of my top 10 most comfortable stays ever.
​I especially loved the spaciousness of the room and the excellent shower. It was also a pleasant surprise to find bathrobes provided in a hotel of this price range.
​The highlight of my stay was the gentleman working at the reception in the evenings (I sadly forgot to ask for his name). He was fantastic, always attentive and caring while maintaining a perfect, professional distance. I'm truly grateful for his hospitality.

Cons:

​The window was far from the desk, making it difficult to do makeup in natural light.
​The closet being right next to the desk was a bit inconvenient.
​Despite these small points, I had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

Overall, my stay as relaxing and I felt comfortable and friendly.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and service provided was exceptional. Specially Palavi and Bibek Gurung were friendly as well as helpful. I like their attitude and behaviour towards customers.

Nice stay!
Pros:

Quite a few things. They upgraded our room free of cost. The location was not noisy despite being in the centre of the Thamel district. Laundry arrived on time and staff was helpful in booking cabs for us. The momos they made was really good!

Cons:

Breakfast in particular and food in general there can do with a bit more variety.
We faced issues in communicating with some members of the staff in English as instructions sometimes got lost or misunderstood but that's not the case exclusively with this place, so I wouldn't hold it against them. Though I'd like the staff to get better in understanding and helping out guests.

Gorgeous and comfortable hotel 🩷
Pros:

I absolutely loved staying in this lovely hotel.
The staff are wonderful and I really enjoyed the spacious and clean room. Breakfast was really filling with gorgeous options and everyone was so friendly. After my trip from Chitwan I came back to stay for a second time before my flight. I highly recommend this hotel, it is a little haven from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Cons:

This is a little separate from the hotel itself but the tour manager charged me $90 for a day hike, yet it was only really a morning walk through a forest path with a cultural guide. I was really disappointed and felt the price was extortionate for the experience, especially as I paid for my own lunch and temple visit.
I recommend using get your guide as it was much more fairly priced.
