very friendly staff, very good location, nice owner

Cons:

Other guests making loud parties the whole night during our stay. Hotel nightwatch tried to intervene by calling them, but they simply continued after a short while

Beautiful hotel, comfortable and friendly
Pros:

Beautiful room, very comfortable, quiet, super friendly staff who offered suggestions on places to see. They would check in about any extra items I needed in my room and also ordered me taxi for sight seeing. Communication from the very beginning when I booked was excellent and they arranged an airport taxi collection for a small extra cost. Thank you!

Cons:

Le négatif : Toujours la même nourriture au petit-déjeuner, souvent froid, donc à réchauffer au micro-ondes, un jour, on nous demande s'il faut faire la chambre, le lendemain, non, fuite d'eau de la douche dans la SDB, la savon pas remplacé quand il n'y en a plus

Everything was wonderful. Varied breakfast, very good coffee, very kind staff. Thank you very much Doma. Anna Palawi! The room was spacious, clean, the bed very comfortable. スタッフ、部屋、ロケーション全て完璧でした。

Cons:

ランドリー。ランドリーを出せば次の日の朝に到着すると言われました。次の日の朝に取りに行くと、まだ来てない1時間後かなと言われました。12時に行くとまだ来てない。午後かなと言われました。不安になったからランドリー会社に連絡取ってくれと頼んだところ、ランドリーの配達員が間違って別の同じ名前のホテルに届けたと言われました。私が何回も確認しなければランドリーは届かなかったと思うと次の日チェックアウトだったのでゾッとしました。

Very good value for money: Central location in Thamel, great breakfast coffee, spacious rooms, and friendly staff.

Cons:

Poor noise isolation from the hallway. House keeping has been missed twice during our stay.
