Sunshine Shores is just that! A ray of sunshine during a wet and cold week in Florida. The common area is beautifully maintained and a very relaxing space. The apartment is clean, well equipped with comfortable furnishings. Derek goes above and beyond to make his guests comfortable.
It’s in a perfect location for the beach in the bars. Derek, the manager, treated us like family.

Great place 5 mins walk to the beach. Stayed in 1 bed+bath unit with living room and kitchen. The unit had everything we needed and was very clean. Derek (manager) is a great guy. He was very courteous and accomodating..will definitely come back again..
Great location, cozy apartment for 2. Unit smelled wonderful, cold AC and very clean. Quick walk to the beach, and great restaurants nearby. Beach towels were provided, and bikes available to borrow. Check in and out was very convenient, and host was a great communicator. We will definitely be back.

Property was nice and clean but wasn’t worth a $150 cleaning fee which wasn’t disclosed in the price given, these things need to be upfront in the cost not hidden in small writings at the end of the booking, that was an excessive cleaning fee for solo travel.

Great location across the street from the beach. Property manager is excellent. Unit was clean and well appointed.
We liked everything about the property. The beds were comfy, and we really liked how beautiful the grounds were. We highly recommend this property and will stay here in the future.
