Pros:

Absolutely loved this apartment. The standout bonus was the view, a fantastic outlook over St. Michael’s Church right in the city centre. The location is excellent: cafés, restaurants, and everything you need are within walking distance.

Cons:

The only minor inconvenience was the hot water, as we had to leave the tap running for over 20 minutes for it to heat up, which unfortunately feels wasteful. Hopefully this is something that can be fixed, or perhaps we were just unlucky during our stay.Aside from that, this has become my favourite place to stay in Cluj, and I’ll definitely be looking to book again on my next visit.

Big room, comfortable bed, coffe/tea in the room, a small fridge(big enough though, very handy).
Good isolation(heard nothing from the neighbours).
Helpful personal (via whatsup, worked great).

Smart property with updated rooms
Pros:

The property is awesome! Modern but at the same time cozy, the newly renovated apartment is great for an overnight stay or extended vacation. There are plenty of things to do within walking distance. City centre is only a few walking minutes away. Property manager was very communicative and helpful.

Cons:

The city hall parking is conveniently located within 3 walking minutes. However, finding the entrance to the parking structure was a real challenge. Especially if not familiar with the area, and if arriving at night. A local was nice enough to show us on the map where the entrance to the parking structure was and gave step-by-steps driving instructions.

Good value, good location, would stay again!
Pros:

Very good value for location, spacious rooms. Rooms were cleaned when requested and cleaning was very thorough.

Cons:

There is no staff manning the front desk night or day that I could see. This didn't particularly bother me but it may bother some. Check-in and Check-out are all done through a website.

Pros:

Center location on a quite street. Nobody on reception but we checked in online and got in with a code provided, very convenient! The room was cleaned every day had coffee and tea provided and restocked every day. Very nice clean and modern room. Enjoyed our stay

Very cute rooms and great location
Pros:

Very good location, great bedding and shower, room decorated with taste. While it's self check in and I didn't meet the owner, he was very reactive on whatsapp and helpful.

Cons:

It would be great to put an actual desk chair for the desk area, since the current chair did not fit under the table, making working a bit uncomfortable. Since it's self check-in there is no breakfast but there is tea/coffee in the room and a bakery close by.

Très bel établissement
Pros:

On avait loué 1 appartement et 1 chambre. Rien à dire tout était super.

Cons:

J ai trouvé que les draps n'était pas à la hauteur du logement très haut de gamme et presque luxueux (draps un peu rêches) mais c'est un détail car je suis particulièrement sensible à la douceur des draps.

Très joli, confortable, bien placé à 3 mn à pied d El hyper centre , très bon rapport qualité prix, appartements spacieux équipés d'une bouilloire, cafetière, frigo. Produits d'accueil (gel douche, shampoing, thé, café, eau...etc). Il y a aussi une terrasse avec de tables.

Cons:

Pas de parking. Il se trouve à 3mn à pied.
