Pros:

Понравилось все. Отличное местоположение, очень приветливый персонал, чистота, удобства, достаточно освещения, есть тапочки. Вкусный завтрак, кофе и чай в лобби круглосуточно. Без труда нашли парковку возле гостиницы. Smart TV в дождливый вечера было очень актуально.

Cons:

Номер был очень маленький.

Charming boutique hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

Craft Inn is definitely a lovely boutique hotel in the historic centre of Sibiu, only a 10-minute walk from the main square. The location is excellent, and the staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout the stay.
The hotel is beautifully decorated with a charming artisanal style and offers outstanding value for money. I stayed in one of the apartments, which was very spacious, comfortable, and tastefully furnished, with plenty of privacy as well.
Another detail I really appreciated was that the hotel is fully automated, so access to both the building and the room is managed through codes rather than physical keys, which made everything very easy and convenient.
Breakfast was very good and tasty overall. The warm options were somewhat limited, mainly eggs, but still more than sufficient.
I would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent price/quality ratio, the kindness of the staff and especially the beautiful atmosphere.

Cons:

The only very minor downside was the absence of a tea or coffee maker in the room. However, there is a coffee machine downstairs, and filtered still or sparkling water is available at any time, which was very convenient.

Underwhelming, not worth the price paid
Pros:

- Modern and clean accomodation with secure access system.

Cons:

- Room windows too small especially when weather is hot. I would advise against selecting top floor rooms as there is a single velux window that does not provide sufficent airflow given the size of the room.

- Air conditioning is not controlled per room but centrally controlled - the whole point of choosing this location was so it would be comfortable during the heat across europe.

- The owners wife/receptionist was very arrogant and it did feel like blaming the customer for their small window and lack of central air conditioning settings.

- Considering the price paid and all our historic and recent travels it was not worth the price paid.

Aircon intermittent (probably just a condensor that needs to be changed). Definitely stay here
