The staff are amazing! They speak English and are very willing to help. They resolved my mistakes with ease and no disrespect.
The bathroom sink sprayed everywhere.
Friendly staff. Super helpful. Walking distance to everything you need. The beach and activities are all right in front of the hotel.
The location is convenient, with a beautiful view from the upper floors. The hotel felt safe and well-secured throughout the stay, which is always appreciated. Breakfast was tasty and varied - fresh produce, good coffee, and attentive breakfast staff. The room itself was clean, and reception staff were polite and respectful.
There were a few major let-downs. The room had an unpleasant smell, even on a high floor. I requested an air freshener, but instead, someone came to adjust the plumbing, and my actual request was ignored. That lack of attention to small but important guest needs was disappointing.
The bed was very uncomfortable, the bed sheet felt rough and low quality, and the pillow was so soft and unsupportive, it made sleep nearly impossible. When you’re paying this kind of price, comfort should never be compromised.
Also, the pool water was ice cold - not heated at all - and it was impossible to enjoy. I even caught a cold afterwards. A hotel of this level should have a temperature-controlled pool, especially given Batumi’s unpredictable weather.
On top of that, I asked the reception for a medical face mask before checkout due to a sudden illness, and they refused, saying they “don’t have one available.” That felt careless, especially when I know such a basic item could be easily offered to guests.
The outside of the hotel building also doesn’t give a great first impression - old tires and scattered items ruin the vibe before you even walk in.
Finally, the breakfast area is far too small for the number of guests - cramped and busy - and there’s no option to take your food to your room, which can be uncomfortable for many guests.

Мне больше всего понравился профессионализм обслуживающего персонала и их правильное отношение к делу. Мне часто приходится останавливаться в разных гостиницах по всей Грузии и передвигаться в ночное время. Во многих случаях персонал либо спит, либо отсутствует на месте. В вашем отеле мне особенно помог сотрудник на ресепшене, который прекрасно выполнял свои обязанности. За это выражаю ему благодарность.
I would like to understand on what basis this hotel has been rated as a 5-star property. Does your platform conduct any kind of inspection or verification before assigning such ratings?
I am extremely disappointed with my experience so far. I booked two apartments for my family and a friend’s family, spending nearly $1,400, expecting a high level of comfort and service.
Here are some of the major issues we’ve encountered:
• The 27-floor tower is served by only three elevators, resulting in wait times of 10 to 15 minutes just to go up or down. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this size and rating.
• The breakfast area is very small, overcrowded, and poorly organized. It appears to be serving 150–200 people at once with no proper system in place. Due to this, I’ve decided to skip breakfast entirely for the remainder of my stay.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and considered carefully, especially as other guests are making plans for their vacations based on the advertised star rating.
