Pros:

Clean, rooms are well equipped even though quality of material os more like 7/10
Daily cleaning service and facilities are ok
Staff is helpful.

Cons:

The hotel has 27 floors but only four lifts - which are used also by the staff at the same time. During peak times there are long queues of people waiting to get either up or down. Sometimes you have to wait 10-20 minutes for a lift.
Breakfast is good, but in no day there were sufficient glasses and pots for drinks. Beat you bring your own from the room - there are enough :)
The breakfast room is way to small for the building and number of guests during august.
Bed mattresses are not comfortable

Great view and very friendly staff

Cons:

My wifey got assaulted by someone bc of a chair at the pool so be aware even if the chair is empty be prepared for a screaming match with some woman that sounds more than a chicken than a human being and to be scratched all over

Disappointing stay due to poor cleanliness, unavailable amenities, and unhelpful service.

I like only the location

Cons:

Very disappointing experience. The cleanliness was poor; the bedding was stained when we arrived, and some towels were also stained and did not look clean. We even had to buy cleaning supplies and clean the room ourselves. We requested an ironing board from the first day and asked almost daily during our 10-day stay, but it was never available. Some reception staff were also unhelpful and rude. Overall, the hotel and service were far below expectations, and I would not recommend it.

התארגנו הרעב משפחתי במלון דירות
Pros:

היינו בהרכב משפחתי זוג פלוס 3.
קבלנו חדר מרווח עם שני חדרי שינה מטבח פינת אוכל וסלון.
כל יום ניקו לנו את החדר והחליפו לנו מגבות.
דלפק קבלה בכניסה היה מאד נגיש ורוצה לעזור
מתחם הבריכה והחדר כושר סבירים ומתוחזקים טוב, מקבלים מגבות.
שימו לב שגובה הבריכה היא קבועה בגובה 1.55 למי שיש ילדים קטנים כדאי להיערך בהתאם עם מצופים.

Cons:

המתנה לעליות, במלון יש 3 מעליות לאורחים לשימוש ו25 קומות ועוד מעלית לשימוש העובדים. בחלק מהזמן בעיקר בשעות הבוקר והערב בשעות הלחץ של לרדת מהחדר בין 09:00 ל10:30 וכן בערב המתנו בין 10-15 דקות כדי לעלות או לרדת לחדר. עם הזמן מבינים את הרעיון ויודעים לתכנן בהתאם.
המיקום של המלון הוא לא במרכז רחוק מהאטרקציות התיירותיות אולם הוא קרוב לים ויש מוניות בולט שזמינות. עם זאת יש שני בתי קזינו וקניון במרחק של שתי דקות הליכה

المكان النظافة صفر و التعامل مع شكاوي صفر المكيف حار و التلفاز ما يشتغل و تلفون ما بشتغل اذا تبي تطلب شي من الاستقبال ما تقدر لان التلفون خربان و علشان يصلحون المكيف و التلفون يطلبون منك ما تطلع من الغرفة ما يدري رايحه سياحة و لا أصلّح اهمال الفندق
