Charming pub in a beautiful location!
Pros:

- Comfortable, nicely sized room.
- Plenty of free parking.
- Friendly & welcoming staff.
- Delicious evening meal – the sticky toffee pudding is a must!
- Lovely breakfast.

Cons:

- Thin walls, meaning you could clearly hear noise from the pub downstairs and other rooms.

- The shower had occasional bursts of very hot water.

A lovely pub with fantastic food.
Pros:

This is a wonderful food that we’d visited before and returned to, as we really wanted to experience the rooms. The food is incredible, it’s a very lovely village and the pub feels super cosy. The room we stayed in was lovely and it was very peaceful and calm - we had a great nights sleep!

Cons:

Unfortunately, we had no hot water. Whilst this isn’t the fault of the pub, it was really inconvenient. I also didn’t feel like that it was originally handled in the best way. However, we were offered a discounted rate which did compensate. We were also originally put in the wrong room having booked one deliberately for the free standing bath - which sadly we couldn’t use.

Pub de campagne adorable. Chambre confortable. Pour le Sunday roast il est à noter qu’il est servi jusque 18 heures. Les dernières commandes doivent être passées à 17h30. Donc aucune possibilité de manger plus tard

Cons:

Personnellement, j’apprécie les déjeuners servis à 7h30 et non à 8h. Car le temps de prendre la commande et d’être servi il est déjà 8h30.

A cosy Cotswold inn
Pros:

The perfect old Inn for a cosy, autumnal night away. The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved our room with its characterful wonky walls and floors. Bed was super comfy and room was dark and quiet. We ate at the pub for both evening meal and breakfast. The food was phenomenal. Great atmosphere in the bar on the Friday night.

Beautiful Cotswold setting
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful setting! Just a few miles from Chipping Campden. The room was quaint and authentic of the listed building, which had crisp fresh bed linen and towels. It was spacious and very dog-friendly. The bar buzzes with atmosphere and the restaurant meal was absolutely delicious - each course was packed with flavour - definitely worth eating there. The breakfast was equally tasty. Plenty of parking - there was a very large beef garden also.

Pros:

Lovely atmospheric inn. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom had a bath and shower complete with complimentary toiletries. Excellent freshly cooked breakfast.

The staff were remarkable.the room was interesting comfortable. Food was good. I must instant confirmation on booking.com so fabulous. We were stuck without a room for the evening and the ability to work with booking.com and get quick confirmation is so important. I love the peace and quiet of this inn. If I could have the same room I would stay here again.

Cons:

TV did not work. And step up to the bathroom in the dark was very dangerous. A small lake could be put there we didn't want to leave the bathroom light on all night.
