Très belle appartement parfaitement situé
Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal, à 10/15 mn des monuments principaux.
L'appartement au 1er étage avec 3 balcons fenêtres donne sur une ruelle assez calme. La hauteur de plafonds, la taille des pièces, la déco sobre, les halls et patios et le rooftop avec la petite piscine sont très appréciables.
Le ménage s'il est demandé peut être quotidien. Il a été impeccablement fait.

Cons:

Il manque certainement une armoire ou/et une commode supplémentaire pour ranger ses affaires
Et quelques patères pour accrocher ses vêtements

Amazing stay
Pros:

The building and the room are beautiful and clean. The staff is exceptional, they were so incredibly kind and helpful about everything, especially Gema! This was our first holiday with our baby and the property was very baby friendly. They were able to provide a cot and a highchair too.

Nous avons avancé la date de notre retour à cause de la chambre qui était un placard à balais
Cons:

Ces sont des anciens bureaux retapés en rbnb. La photo laissait penser que la chambre avait des fenêtres sur l'extérieur alors qu'elles donnaient sur le standard de l'entrée !! C'est une arnaque.. Je ne parle pas des grosses mouches dans la chambre alors qu'il n'y a pas de fenêtre..

Pros:

Le lieu est magnifique, au calme, avec un toit terrasse avec piscine. Les chambres sont décorées avec goût, parfaitement equipées et beneficient d'un service hotelier. Le personnel est d’une extrême gentillesse, toujourd disponible et bienveillant (mention speciale pour Gema). Tout a été parfait!

Très agréable appart’ hôtel
Pros:

Très bonne localisation, dans une petite rue assez tranquiille, à 10 minutes à pied de la cathédrale. Décoration et équipements très simples et sobres(Ce dépouillement est préférable à de la surcharge de mauvais goût). La terrasse sur le toit est très grande et très belle. Le petit bassin est agréable(On ne peut pas parler de piscine car il est extrêmement petit ; on ne peut pas y nager mais simplement s’y tremper).

Cons:

Il n’y a qu’un minuscule placard. Il est impossible d’y ranger tous les vêtements d’une famille composée de deux adultes et deux enfants pour un séjour de cinq jours…

Schönes Haus und super Lage
Pros:

Wunderschönes Haus, eine tolle Präsidentensuite mit eigener Terrasse und kleinem Tauchbecken. Alles Sehenswerte ist zu Fuss zu erreichen, das Haus ist inmitten der Altstadt.

Cons:

Das Haus überträgt den Schall von Raum zu Raum relativ gut, was jedoch angesichts der tollen Architektur nicht weiter schlimm ist.
Leider drang immer wieder der Gestank der Kanalisation durch die Rohre in die Räume hinein; was allerdings auch im Rest der Stadt ein Problem zu sein scheint.

Séjour au coeur de Séville
Pros:

à 2 minutes à pied du centre ville mais au calme, chambre très confortable et super bien équipée ! Cour intérieure magnifique, piscine de rêve au coeur de Séville ! Bref, c'était parfait ! en bonus : la gentillesse de Gema et le parking à 2 pas. Vous ne serez pas déçus !
