Amazing stay in great location
Pros:

Amazing location. Perfect walking or cycling distance from the city centre and also close to the city of arts and science. Great roof terrace. Also very kind staff.

Comfortable apartment, but with clear drawbacks due to street noise and the lack of cleaning service
Pros:

The apartment is actually very beautiful and luxurious. We didn’t miss anything, apart from a few kitchen utensils, such as a frying spatula, but we quickly bought that in a small convenience store right across the street. The washing machine with integrated dryer and the dishwasher were great — overall, the apartment was very well equipped. Very good and quick communication via WhatsApp with a service team.
They also took our wishes into account, and we got a quiet apartment, which we appreciated. Still, it was very noisy from outside.

Cons:

The windows are extremely thin, and there is a lot of noise from the street. If you are a light sleeper, it is definitely a good idea to bring earplugs.
Also, considering the price we paid for two weeks, I think it would have been reasonable and appropriate to receive a proper cleaning service 2–3 times during our stay. Unfortunately, the only service provided was changing the bed linen and towels twice. I found that quite disappointing.

L'appartamento è bellissimo

Cons:

Purtroppo sia io che il mio ragazzo siamo molto allergici alla polvere e nell'appartamento abbiamo sofferto molto di allergia. Inoltre è rumorosissimo. Le finestre facevano passare qualsiasi rumore.

im Appartment nichts

Cons:

Deposit konnte wegen App nicht bezahlt werden, Schlüsselübergabe war deshalb infrage gestellt. Durchgelegenes Bett, schlechte Küchenausstattung. Die Bilder wurde sich zu Zeiten gemacht, als alles neu war - trifft nicht den Zustand. Zusagen bzgl Übergabe von frischen Handtüchern wurde nicht eingehalten.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war top, auf vorherige Bitte die Wunschlage des Appartements erfüllt, (weit oben und nach hinten raus) danke sehr dafür! Die Lage super, schnell in alle Richtungen zu Fuß oder mit der U-Bahn, sehr unkompliziert, Trennung von Schlaf- und Wohnbereich, Schlaf Bereich sehr gut abzudunkeln, bequemes Bett, Kochen.super im Mikrowellenherd!

Cons:

Einiges müsste mal überholt werden, Dusche lief nicht gut ab, Schränke in der Küche desolat, unangenehmer Geruch am Pool auf der Dachterrasse, Bratpfanne fehlte,, (war auch nicht durch den Vermieter zu beschaffen), aber kein Problem, zu den Feiertagen etwas überteuert, wenn man nicht his kurz vor Schluss mit der Buchung gewartet hat!

Pros:

La habitación grande con buen mátelas. Comedor amplio. Sofá confortable. Apartamento moderno y limpio con todo el necesario. El concierge muy amable y discreto.

Cons:

Estamos una pajera de 60 años y para nosotros es complicado de descargar una aplicación en el móvil y después que te envíe un código para entrar en el edificio y después en el apartamento. Menos mal que hemos llegado de día y había el concierge muy amable y nos hizo una Tajeta física para entrar el el apartamento porque con el código no funcionaba. Otra cosa que falta es un garaje o un parking. Hemos ido por las fallas y para aparcar el coche hemos hecho vueltas más de 1h30 para aparcar el coche a más de 1 km del apartamento.

Sehr schönes, modernes Apartment der Hafen und vieles andere sind fußläufig zu erreichen, auch die imposanten und futuristischen Bauwerke im Park. Wir waren zu den Falles 2026 da und konnten von der Dachterrasse das Feuerwerk 🎆 sehr gut betrachten. Netter, freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Service per WhatsApp. Kein persönlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Alles hat funktioniert und eine Schlüsselkarte wurde hinterlegt, statt App und Handyöffnung. Danke
Grundausstattung incl. Nescafe sind vorhanden, Supermarkt DIA fast gegenüber . Viele gute Restaurants und Cafés in der Umgebung.

Cons:

Das nächste Parkhaus ist 20 min. zu Fuss entfernt.
Es ist eine belebte Umgebung, und dementsprechend laut. Zugang, Ausweise und Buchung incl. 100€ Kaution per Kreditkarte, muss online vor Check in erledigt werden. Nichts für ältere Leute.

Appartement très bien localisé a mi- chemin du centre ville et des plages( avec la ligne de bus n° 4 notemment directe).
Bon design ,bonne literie.
Personnel affable et réactif suite à un petit problème de réglage de climatisation.

Cons:

L'absence de réception physique .Les échanges se font sur WhattApp uniquement.Et la remise de clé est seulement numérisée via une application à installer sur son téléphone,ce qui oblige à l'avoir sur soi en permanence et bien chargé...Ensuite notre appartement donnant sur la rue était bruyant-pb d'isolation( surtout pour 8 nuitées)-Et l'équipement de la cuisine mériterait au moins une casserole et une cuillère en bois.Sinon l'equipement pour 2 personnes convient.La tv ( bien que secondaire)mériterait une notice ,sinon incompréhensible à mettre en route...
