Roof top is not a big deal. As my room was first floor, it was dark. I like it dark, it was not a problem.

Wir waren insgesamt sehr enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt. Bereits der Check-in war unnötig kompliziert, da alle Daten online eingegeben und die Ausweise per Handy eingescannt werden mussten. Das war umständlich und wenig benutzerfreundlich.

Leider war auch der Service nicht zufriedenstellend. Als wir nach Strandtüchern gefragt haben, reagierte die Putzfrau sehr unfreundlich. Zusätzlich funktionierte unsere Zimmerkarte bereits nach dem ersten Tag nicht mehr. Wir mussten über eine Stunde warten, bis ein Mitarbeiter kam und uns eine neue Karte ausstellte.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist die gute Lage des Hotels. Allerdings konnten die zahlreichen Serviceprobleme diesen Vorteil nicht ausgleichen. Besonders der Umgang mit den Gästen und die wiederkehrenden Probleme mit den Zimmerkarten haben unseren Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt. Wir würden dieses Hotel daher nicht noch einmal buchen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in der Altstadt mit kurzen Wegen. Toller Frühstücksservice.
Pros:

Die Räume und die Aufteilung waren sehr gut, Küche mit allem, was man braucht, sogar kleiner nutzbarer Outdoor-Bereich. Alles sehr sauber. Sehr gutes und vielfältiges Frühstück wahlweise als In-Room-Service oder in einer nahegelegenen Cafeteria, sogar als Brunch bis 14:00 Uhr. Sehr performantes WLAN. Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist top!

Cons:

Die Wohnung lag im Erdgeschoss, war daher bei Publikumsverkehr etwas laut. Insgesamt etwas wenig Tageslicht.

Super appartement dans un superbe immeuble surmonté par une terrasse ensoleillée et verdoyante, avec vue sur la cathédrale

Would highly recommend for a Malaga city break.
Pros:

Great location in the centre of the old town, easy walking distance to all major venues. Apartment was spotless, well equipped and had a super comfy bed with good quality linen and towels. Despite the noise of the city the apartment was really peaceful inside. Roof top garden was great to unwind at the end of a busy day.
Communication from the Coeo team was first class.

Cons:

A small problem with hot water was quickly resolved by the friendly reception staff.

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location.
Pros:

The location is superb, right In the heart of the city. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen area and a nice bottle of wine to welcome us.

Cons:

As there is no reception as such you need to provide all of your personal details through a link that is sent to you which is a pain to use. I took us three attempts.
