Cons:

Bed is either very soft or very old. Neither of us slept well. We asked to move to another room using WhatsApp. Got told there was no rooms available but booking.Com said there was.

Tried the phone helpline. They said someone would check the room (not sure how that would help) then they would ring us back. They didn't ring

I wouldn't stay again

posizione molto buona vicino a due fermate della metro. la camera comoda, spaziosa e pulita. abbiamo apprezzato che ci sia la macchina del caffè e che nella lounge ci siano anche cialde a disposizione degli ospiti.
