Lugar acogedor en mi Granada del alma
Pros:

Todo estaba muy bien. Tenía de todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. Todo muy acogedor y bonito.

Cons:

Lo único, por decor algo, era el ruido de la puerta del edificio, cuando entraba la gente por la noche.

Casa spaziosa e bella, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla cattedrale di Granada. Noi eravamo in 4 e i due bagni presenti hanno fatto la differenza.

Cons:

La pulizia della casa non era stata eseguita alla perfezione, in bagno erano presenti dei capelli e sugli accessori del salotto (piante finte,lampade etc.) c'era uno strato di polvere importante. Inoltre nel patio c'era una puzza di fogna terribile

Very mixed
Pros:

Location is close to all attractions and in a quiet street.
Apartment was clean.
Shower was great. Kitchen area good.
Views nice. The main bed was comfortable.

Cons:

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and late the night before were told it wasn't available so we were given a 1-bed with an uncomfortable sofa bed in the lounge. Too late to book anything else. Had to request a reasonable price adjustment (still to arrive) and couldn't use the lounge in the evenings.
Cockroach in bathroom on first night.
Someone entered our apartment and took fruit from the fruit bowl and water bottles. They left replacement fruit in a bag on our door which felt weird. No explanation from owner - only that someone must have seen us put our door code in which would be really difficult being it was the only apartment on the top floor.
Roof terrace is very hot as all the air con unit extractors are up there.

Hezké ubytování nedaleko od centra Granady. Velké a čisté, jen dveře do koupelny se nedaly zamčít.
Pros:

Velký prostor, 2 koupelny, dobrá lokalita, čistota.

Cons:

Dveře do koupelen se daly pouze přivřít, ale ne zavřít ani zamknout. Kuchyně byla dost nevybavená. V jednom pokoji hůř fungovala klimatizace.

Pros:

When arriving, I was not able to access my email to get the instructions how to enter the apartment but a very kind and patient employee stay with us on the phone until we were inside. The location is excellent, at walking distance from everything we wanted to see in our 5 days in Granada but in a quiet area. Keep in mind that Granada has a lot of hills so we did get good exercise everyday. Close to supermarkets, El Corte Ingles is just a block away and Mercadona is right there too. The apartment is very comfortable and modern. Bed and linens were of good quality. Good internet. The kitchen was well supplied with what was needed to prepare some of our meals. The bus station is pretty far but with good city buses to come to downtown. The bus to the airport departs just a 10 minutes walk from the apartment and there is a beautiful walk along the river that is just a few blocks from the apartment.

La estancia fue aceptable, aunque hubo varios aspectos que podrían mejorarse.

Cons:

La limpieza del apartamento no estuvo a la altura de nuestras expectativas, ya que incluso encontramos una cucaracha durante la estancia. Además, el alojamiento resultó más pequeño de lo que parecía en las fotografías, por lo que el espacio era algo justo para el número de personas que viajábamos.

Otro inconveniente fue la falta de personal de atención o recepción y la ausencia de un teléfono de contacto, lo que no solo nos impidió comunicar y resolver estas incidencias durante nuestra estancia, sino que también hizo que el proceso de check-in online resultara bastante complejo. Consideramos que, con una mayor atención a la limpieza y un mejor servicio de atención al huésped, la experiencia podría mejorar considerablemente.

Pros:

Todo bien, estuvimos muy poco tiempo, 18 hs. Pero todo super bien! Cómodo, prolijo, cuidado el servicio.

El desagüe de la ducha requiere revisión. Sería bueno una mampara o cortina y zócalo, porque se moja todo el baño.

La ubicación buena y la limpieza muy bien. Las fotos son similares a la realidad. La cama del dormitorio si era bastante cómoda.
