Susto e solução rápida
Pros:

O hotel não existe. Soubemos apenas ao chegar. Entretanto, só tenho elogios para o Hoteis.com que honrou absolutamente com todo o ônus e nos acomodou em um excelente hotel em Pamplona.
Foi um susto, mas nada posso reclamar da solução dada pelo site.

Queria dejar constancia que...estube aki porque tube un problema con la reserva que yo llevaba ...y me lo.solucionarin en hoteles.com perfetamente y muy rapido..gracias de verdad
