The garden is naturally beautiful and the hotel architecture is unique
A double bed with twin blankets instead of one fora double bed. Few amenities in the room. Breakfast was very basic. Internet is slow and erratic.
The place itself is beautiful and the rooms are very nice, which initially set high expectations for our stay. The staff were kind and clearly trying their best, and we appreciate their effort and willingness to help whenever possible.
Overall the experience was quite disappointing, especially for a 4-star hotel at this price point. The service felt chaotic—staff didn’t even know where the menu was when we asked about lunch, and despite us being the ONLY guests, simple requests like ordering a coffee seemed to cause panic, which made us uncomfortable. The breakfast was very poor compared to even average hotels we stayed at in Tanzania. On top of that, the pricing felt unreasonable: we were charged $53 for a small amount of laundry and $80 for an airport transfer that costs around $20 via Uber. The location is also very remote, requiring a difficult 25-minute drive on a bad road. Overall, it seems like a management issue, and unfortunately, we would not recommend staying here.
Breakfast and other meals were very good. All staff were very willing. The receptionist Asha and the day manager went out of their way to accommodate us. I was very appreciative.
The only drawback was the road into the hotel. Once at the Kili Seasons everything was great!
The room was beautiful, but of course it is those who work there, which made Kili Seasons a special hotel.

Для нас с мужем было важно, что отель находится прямо рядом с гольф полем. В отеле можно взять кар напрокат. На каре до клаб хауса 10 минут. В отеле предлагают клюшки напрокат за 15 $. Они очень плохие, но берите не задумываясь. На поле дают точно также только за 25 $ :)

Attitude towards sustainability- AC was running full blast as we came in the room (too cold and unnecessary for arusha temperature). Towels cleaned after one use (I don’t find that necessary and I would want a more environmentally friendly approach). No fresh juice for breakfast, no communication of certain dishes not being available, ketchup on dinner setting.
We stayed in the Kili seasons hotel for 2 nights after our safari trip. The hotel is very new, clean and well taken care of. It includes a swimming pool with direct views to the gardens. We enjoyed the live music and bbq during the weekend. The staff was extremely welcoming and professional.
