Can’t say because didn’t stay there but very upset about what they had done to us.
Pros:

The reason we have given a poor review is because when we arrived we found out that our room had been sold to somebody else and we could stay in the hotel next door!!

Cons:

They didn’t tell us before arrival about our room being double booked.

Danke für die angenehme Woche in toller Lage!
Pros:

Super Lage mit toller Aussicht und schöner Atmosphäre direkt am Strand
Sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal
Nachdem wir erst ins Nachbar-Hotel gebracht wurden, war das Hotelpersonal nach unserer Beschwerde sehr bemüht und hat uns in der Villa direkt am Strand untergebracht

Cons:

Vorab bestellter Flughafen-Transfer hat nicht geklappt. Niemand war am Flughafen um uns abzuholen. Auch nach ein paar Tagen ist ein extra vorbestelltes Taxi nicht gekommen und wir haben deswegen Verspätung gehabt und mussten uns 7 Uhr morgens um Ersatz kümmern.
Die Steckdosen haben teilweise nicht funktioniert oder hatten nur Wackelkontakt.

Pros:

Great place in front of the ocean where i used to drink good and fresh fruit juice cocktails waiting for the tide. A corner of heaven with nice and professional people, very cleaned, with wi-fi and hot water and great food. Very suggested!

Ottima soluzione con bellissima spiaggia su jambiani Beach
Pros:

La zona esterna fronte spiaggia è bellissima.. lo staff si è dimostrato molto gentile e premuroso… ottima anche la colazione

Cons:

Le stanze sono carine, purtroppo nel nostro bagno c’era solo un odore un po’ sgradevole, ma lo staff si è azionato provando prima a risolverlo, poi non riuscendoci, offrendoci una cena

Ottimo soggiorno per gruppo di amici
Pros:

La struttura è direttamente sulla spiaggia. Alcuni di noi avevano a disposizione la villa ed è stato fantastico svegliarsi direttamente con la vista sul mare. Staff molto disponibile, servizio bar e ristorazione ottimo con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile a concederci una stanza per appoggio bagagli per l'intera giornata di check out in quanto avevamo il transfer per aeroporto a mezzanotte.

Camere e bagni leggermente piccoli.

Magnifique vue, bien placé et la qualité de la plage privée

Cons:

Malheureusement il n'y a pas de fenêtres, uniquement des moustiquaires, donc il y a beaucoup de bruit (cuisines, passants et clients, générateur...)

Une parenthèse enchantée - Cadre idyllique, un personnel remarquable

Notre arrivée a été marquée par une petite déception liée à une surréservation : la chambre que nous avions réservée longtemps à l’avance n’était plus disponible.
C’était un détail important pour nous, car elle représentait la touche finale idéale à notre voyage en famille.
Mais très vite, l’équipe a su transformer cette contrariété en une belle experience!

Grâce à l’attention constante de Grace, le manager et le propriétaire, nous avons été pris en charge avec une délicatesse rare. Chaque jour, ils se sont assurés que notre séjour soit à la hauteur de nos attentes — et il l’a été, pleinement.

L’établissement lui-même est un bijou : une décoration soignée, une ambiance chaleureuse, et surtout un emplacement exceptionnel face à l’océan. Les photos que vous trouverez en ligne sont fidèles à la réalité, mais rien ne vaut la magie du lieu une fois sur place.

Et que dire du staff ? Une équipe souriante, attentionnée, toujours disponible, qui vous fait sentir comme chez vous tout en vous offrant le luxe d’un service irréprochable.

Leur gentillesse et leur énergie positive ont sublimé notre séjour.

Die supergute Lage reißt die schlechten Zimmer nicht ganz raus.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, das Frühstück gut und das Personal hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Bad hat gestunken, die Zimmer nach hinten raus sind sehr dunkel und der Geräuschpegel am Wassertank hat uns schlaflose Nächte bereitet.
