Perfect Dar Stay!
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond. I was asked what I wanted for breakfast and had this delivered to my room in the morning. The hotel's taxi driver, Martin, was very helpful and made sure I was at the right bus terminal for my ongoing journey. The room was cool and comfortable, with a clean bathroom, plenty of complementary toiletries, and a mini fridge. Although I didn't use the pool, it did look very nice.

Good room and service from Gisela and manager . Supported my resolution of an issue with Taxi driver

Všechno jak je napsáno. Je to kousek dál od města ale tuktuk doveze za pár peněz tam i zpět. Personál úžasný a ochotný. Jídlo i pití na místě čerstvé za dobré peníze.

Reasonable stay and staff improved after some feedback
Pros:

Helpful bar staff, ‘Gisela’ good size room , managerial assistance with resolving external issue and bar staff very helpful in meeting our meal requests. Also very helpful storing luggage in between visits

Cons:

Rude reception staff ‘ Harriet’ poor communication, bad attitude
Beds a little hard
Very difficult to communicate with most staff due to language barrier .

Very helpful and welcoming staff, both the female receptionist and the driver - thank you.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The facilities were good. We were offered free transport to and from the airport - we would advise you consult with the hotel on this because it may be a paid service.

The hotel is a bit of a distance from the airport, but this may not be an issue for some guests, as it is dependent on your flight time.
