Pros:

The hotel is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The high-quality mattress ensured we had an excellent night's sleep. Breakfast is served on the top floor in a charming café with a terrace, where we enjoyed a wide variety of delicious options that kept us energized throughout the day.

Everything was spotless, and the overall atmosphere made our stay particularly enjoyable.

Cons:

The hotel is located next to a very busy square. According to the listing on this website, free parking is available; however, the parking area is not hotel-specific. When I contacted the hotel in advance, the staff declined my request to reserve a parking space, explaining that they could not guarantee availability. As a result, despite the advertised free parking, we had to look for paid street parking elsewhere.

What was particularly disappointing was that when we were leaving, we saw a member of the hotel staff placing two barriers outside to reserve a parking spot.

The parking situation left us quite disappointed, especially since the hotel itself is stunning, comfortable, and otherwise exceeded our expectations.

Pretty house and rooms but not a nice experience
Pros:

Schönes Zimmer, modernes Badezimmer (allerdings schlecht belüftet), die Terrasse für das Frühstück ist sehr schön. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr lecker und man kann ausreichend viel bestellen - im Kontrast dazu mutet es aber sehr merkwürdig an, dass für Kaffee Spezialitäten ein (hoher) Aufpreis fällig wird. Nur eine Tasse Filterkaffee ist inklusive, der Rest muss gezahlt werden. Das Hotel ist eher hochpreisig, da ist es doch sehr schade, hier so kleinlich extra zu berechnen.

Cons:

Der Service war leider gar nicht gut. Am Empfang mangelte es an Engagement. Beim Frühstück wirkte das Personal genervt und demotiviert. Und beim Checkout am frühen Morgen wurde es sogar unangenehm: eine Mitarbeiterin stand vor unserer Tür bereit, und wollte, kaum das wir diese öffneten, kommentarlos ins Zimmer marschieren, um es zu „kontrollieren“ bevor wir auschecken. Das hab ich wahrlich noch nie erlebt.

Pros:

This is a true gem amongst hotels, and I strongly recommend it, if visiting Tibilisi. This hotel had the most warm, friendly staff and atmosphere, tall windows and lovely rose curtains; the bed was one of the best I ever slept in, with a perfectly tall matress, big pillowes and crisp bedlinnen. Bathroom was lovely and functional, strong pressure on the water, efficient hairdryer, all the important things, that makes your stay just perfect. The breakfast is really good, with lots of options to choose from, fresh salads and local delikatesses. And with a location in the old city, delicious restaurants and cute shops are within walkingdistance. This is definately a keeper for me, whenever I travel back to Tibilisi❤️
