Great place, great location, superb breakfast
Pros:

The breakfast is superb, is madness to opt out, combines a good range of local and international options, place is also very nice and staff super friendly

De manière générale, tout. L’hôtel était splendide, l’emplacement au top, le repas (petit-déjeuner) superbe et très bon. Bref, un séjour parfais.

Excellent location and good stay.
Pros:

Lovely location and overall nice stay. Well designed interior.

Cons:

Compared to other properties at similar price per night the room didn’t have the attention to detail that I would have expected. No showstoppers but little things like no outlets on one side of the room, lights that weren’t plugged in, and the TV wasn’t connected to the internet so couldn’t cast.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in einem sehr charmanten Viertel von Tiflis
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Boutique Hotel, das modernen Komfort und Elemente mit der typischen Bauweise der Holzhäuser Georgiens kombiniert. Alle Viertel von Tiflis sind bestens zu erreichen (großteils zu Fuß), das Viertel Betlemi, in dem das Hotel liegt, ist besonders charmant.

Cons:

Beim zweiten Aufenthalt hat das Hotel uns freundlicherweise up-gegradet. Leider ging das sehr schöne Zimmer auf eine sehr laute Straße hinaus.
Der Empfang an der Rezeption war verhalten; zum Teil sprach das Personal kaum Englisch und war nicht sehr entgegenkommend. Beim zweiten Aufenthalt war dies ein wenig besser.

Aufgrund der Lage und der Qualität werde ich dieses Hotel beim nächsten Besuch wieder buchen.
Pros:

Im Rahmen einer Projektbearbeitung habe ich gemeinsam mit meiner Frau fünf Nächte im Hotel Puris Moedani gewwohnt.
Bei der Ankunft am frühen Morgen sah der Vorplatz der Vorplatz mit seinen Abfallcontainern schon etwas ungemütlich aus.
Aber :
1. Liegt das Hotel in der Altstadt so günstig, dass alle Sehenswürdigkeiten im Minutenbereich erreichbar sind.
Der schöne Teil der Altstadt beginnt bereits nach 100 Meter.
2. Das Hotel selbst ist einfach phantastisch.
Das betriffts den Bau, die kunstvolle Innenausstattung, das freundliche Personal und auch das Frühstück, das man sich
nach Karte selber zusammenstellen kann.
Für uns war dieses Hotel von der Lage und der Qualität ein Volltreffer.
Bei meinen zukünftigen Besuchen wird es für mich keine anderen Alternativen zu diesem Hotel geben.

Cons:

Die Flugzeuge aus Deutschland und den Nachbarländern kommen in der Regel am frühen Morgen zwischen 04:00 Uhr und
06:00 in Tiflis an.
Einchecken kann man erst ab 14:00 Uhr.
Das ist in der Regel bei vielen Hotels so.
Das ist sehr unangenehm, nach einem Nachtflug müde so lange zu warten bis das Zimmer frei wird.
Hier sollte man unbedingt eine Vereinbarung mit dem Hotel treffen - selbst wenn man etwas bezahlen muß.

Очень удобная локация, шикарные завтраки на террасе (лучше многих 5к). Сервис на высоте. Отель рассчитан на европейцев. Вежливый персонал (особенно молодой человек на террасе)

Beautifully decorated boutique hotel with nice terrace, easy access to Old Town & nice, helpful staff.
Pros:

The interior design was lovely. It was easy to access old town. The breakfast was plentiful & delicious, especially the cottage cheese pancakes. The beds were very comfy. We especially liked the front staff “- thanks to Nico who helped us with our air conditioner & electrical issue. He was very nice. And also to Beckham who went above & beyond to get us dinner & sulphur bath reservations. The restaurant/terrace was very nice to have a glass of wine or breakfast.

Cons:

The street in front is a bit depressing with all the piles of rocks but obviously that’s not the hotel’s fault.
