We start our stay very happy but we left the hotel feeling disappointed
Pros:

Great location, very clean hotel, breakfast was very good and plentiful. Everything was served fresh. The staff at reception were friendly and polite, everyone could speak English. The only problem was that even though we only drank two bottles of red wine from the minibar during our stay, they claimed we had consumed three, so we had to pay for three. Even though we didn't pay a lot of money, we left the hotel feeling disappointed. There are many places in the city where you can find good quality and inexpensive wine, so I recommend choosing those other places to avoid such problems, as I believe they don't properly track such consumption. In total we loved the rest of everything about the hotel.

Pros:

Sehr schickes Hotel, stylish und super gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück einfach genial und super lecker. Die Lage war auch perfekt, um die Altstadt zu erkunden, auch konnten wir direkt vor dem Hotel parken. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Cons:

Man könnte beim Frühstück Wasser einfach so auf die Tische stellen, denn es fehlt irgendwie und wurde nicht angeboten. Man konnte nur ein Getränk auswählen (Saft oder Kaffee/Tee). Ansonsten alles super!

Comfortable stay in beautiful little hotel.
Pros:

Excellent location; only 5 minutes walk from the Peace Bridge and 7 from Liberty Square. I went on tours each day and had to leave before breakfast was served. So they provided a packed breakfast.

Cons:

There isn't anything that I didn't like. Everything was clean, staff helpful and friendly, etc. Therefore, no negatives.

Great sleep, fantastic location, spotlessly clean.
Pros:

Very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean, very nice staff
Amazing location.

Cons:

No atmosphere , guests are unable to change temperature of room, so we were in 27 degrees and couldn’t turn down the heat- very uncomfortable. And this was the case with other guests too.

Great location - Very comfortable property
Pros:

The staff was very helpful, breakfast was more impressive than expected. Really good, with many different items. Room was small but comfortable.

Cons:

The heating was a bit high and it was a bit difficult to control the temperature of the room, but also, I did not ask how to fix it, so that's on me.

Schönes Hotel in der Altstadt
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig und ist geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und man hat von der oberen Etage vom Frühstück einen guten Blick über die Stadt.

Cons:

Es kann je nach Lage etwas lauter werden, besonders am Wochenende. Die Musik von vorbei fahrenden Autos hört man dann z. B. durch die Fenster. Die Zimmer sind sehr warm und könnten weniger beheizt werden.

I do recommend this hotel
Pros:

Location is very central. 15 min walk to Liberty Square. Many restaurants, cafes, shops are nearby. Cleanest hotel I have ever been to. They tidy up the rooms every day and change towels as well. There are toothbrushes,
slippers provided. Front desk is 24/7 and very helpful (delivery pick up, laundry). Staff are very nice and polite

Cons:

My room (two separate beds) was on the 1st floor and faced half-destroyed wall, consequently it was dark even at midday. Also you can hear a lot of street noises and noises from hall. It didn’t bother me much tho.
