Exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

If you’re looking for a beautiful small hotel with great hygiene and an excellent location, this is the perfect place. The location is amazing, the staff are friendly, and the hotel is very cute and well maintained. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again when I return to Georgia. Отличный отель в центре города, очень удобное расположение, персонал говорит на английском, очень понравились кровати с удобными матрасами и подушками, жили в номере 13 с балконом и небольшой гостиной. В номере кофе машина и каждый день по 2 капсулы выделяют 🙂. Номер брали с завтраками, очень вкусные завтраки по меню, нет шведского стола, все выбираешь и заказываешь. Готовят быстро и вкусно, в ванной есть все необходимое. На день рождения супруга поставили в номер бутылочку вина, хотя я ничего не говорила, видимо увидели при регистрации в паспорте, мелочь, а очень приятно!

Pros:

An excellent small hotel (17 rooms) in Tbilisi's Old Town. My room was a Deluxe King with its own traditional-style wooden balcony. The floors are real parquet. The hotel is quite new (2023) and has another room with a balcony - the Superior Suite. Breakfast was served on a covered roof terrace and was not a typical buffet, but rather à la carte. The service was impeccable. I am very happy with my choice, as I don't like large, impersonal chain hotels.

Pros:

The best boutique hotel I have stayed at in more than 65 countries. Thet quality and attention to details in everything, including design, furnishings, linen and food is superior!

Отель превзошел ожидания. Идеальная локация в центре старого города - для знакомства с Тбилиси невозможно придумать лучше! Непревзойденный комфорт, внимательный персонал, вкуснейшие завтраки, хотя и не по системе «шведский стол». В номере все продумано до мелочей, идеальная чистота, удобнейшая кровать, с балкона открывается впечатляющий вид на старый город. Особого восхищения заслуживает дизайн отеля, гармонично сочетающий традиционные национальные мотивы и современные решения - браво!

Pros:

Завтраки отличные, номера чистые, персонал очень вежливый и внимательный; несколько раз получалось, что забывали какие-то вещи при выезде - сотрудники успевали проконтролировать и вернуть наши потери. Очень спокойное и тихие место, хотя расположен в центре туристического Тбилиси. Всем рекомендуем!

Cons:

Не очень хорошо работал кондиционер (мощность была недостаточной для размера моего номера), но в номере дочери - кондиционер работал отлично.
