Overall great experience, would recommend<3
Pros:

Welcoming and kind staff who helped with early check in, which made our stay very comfortable. I truly appreciate it.
Great location, clean facilities the rooms are spacious
Special thanks to the guy who helped us check in to our room early.

Cons:

Although the bathroom was warm, the room was cold and the room temperature was fixed. The heating could be better, especially in cold months like february.

If it weren’t for this major issue, the hotel would have been perfect.
Pros:

The hotel is very nice. The lobby is beautiful, the staff are friendly, and the location is excellent.

Cons:

However, there is one significant downside. The room was extremely cold, and it was impossible to make it warmer. There are no radiators, and the air conditioning does not provide heating. While the lobby is warm and comfortable, entering the room felt like stepping into a refrigerator. According to the thermostat, the temperature in the room was around 16–17°C.

Best hotel experience I had recently. The room was impeccable and had a good view of the Mother of Georgia.

Everything! Excellent location close to everything you need to see in Tbilisi, , wonderful helpful, friendly staff (Kristine, Tamte), beautiful hotel with stunning decor (we had room 207), it was the highlight of our trip to Georgia. Spacious room, spotlessly clean, extra little touches to welcome you, it felt like a 6 star hotel!

Хорошее месторасположение. Это самый центр старого города. Все в пешей доступности. Удобные кровати. Шикарный интерьер комнаты и холла. Прекрасный вид с веранды где проходили завтраки. Завтраки заслуживают особого внимания.

Cons:

Шумоизоляция окон,. Хотелось бы её улучшить. Очень слышны проезжающие машины и шумные компании, которые проходят мимо.

Было бы замечательно, если бы сотрудники отеля владидели языком международного общения-русским. Т. К. Большинство посетителей отеля, как и города Тбиллиси, говорит именно на нем.
