Please note that the apartments and the Beach House are not located in the main hotel building. Oceanfront apartments are located next to the main hotel building on the Boardwalk non-oceanfront apartments and the Beach House are located up to 699 feet from the main building.

All reservations will be charged a daily parking fee of $15.00 in addition to their daily room and tax charges. One parking pass allowed per room per night.

From reading the reviews prior, the place was pretty much as expected. We had a lot fun regardless!
Pros:

We liked the location and the beds were comfy. The 2 bedroom apartment for 5 was definitely big enough for everyone to have their own space. Whenever we needed anything, the staff was very attentive and kind. The deck was a nice feature despite some furniture being broken and it being a shared deck. One of the reviews I read said the room was too hot but each room has its own window unit, we were plenty cool and comfy!

Cons:

The room was clearly not vacuumed prior to us arriving. There was a piece of broken beer bottle in front of the fridge. I went to the desk to let them know and they offered me a vaccumm. I obliged since I wanted to ensure a thorough job was done. I then blew a breaker using it. Maintenance helped us immediately! I mopped the kitchen and bathroom floors myself because they were soo gross and sticky. It honestly looked like the kitchen floor hadn't been mopped all season. The bathroom floor was wayy better though! The 2 bedroom apartment had a very strong natural gas smell as soon as we walked in. It made all of us uncomfortable and the kids kept mentioning it so my fiance turned the gas line running to the stove off and the smell went away immediately. Thank goodness he knew how or I would have asked maintenancefor help or inwas even contemplating leaving over it, it just made me uneasy and there was no ignoring the smell. There also was no pull out couch bed as advertised. Luckily we brought a travel cot.

Was not a good experience.
Pros:

I was very disappointed. I have stayed there in the past and everything was fine. This time when I got there. My room was not ready. Even though I had called the day before. The t v did not work in the room. No wifi No one ever come and picked up the garbage.

Cons:

In the brochure, it says that there's refrigerators and microves there was not.. they did bring a refrigerator but there was no microwave there was no coffee pot in the room. I had made arrangements for a first floor room. And when I got there the room I was supposed to be in still had not been cleaned. I wish I would have got my money back and went to a different motel.

The pictures are deceiving! They do not show accurate pictures of the hotel rooms. There was a huge hole and crack in the bathroom wall. The bathroom was not clean and we couldn't close the door all the way without getting stuck in it! The sheets had stains and you could hear everything! Maybe they renovated the apartments but not the hotel! The amount of money it costs to stay there and your only getting a bed save your money and stay somewhere else! When I saw S*#@ hole written across the side of the building I was hoping it was not for the hotel but apparently it was!

Will not be returning next year.

I enjoyed the location.

Cons:

I was extremely upset. We have stayed at this hotel for many summers. This year we chose to stay at the house. When we arrived there was blood on the walls, dirty dishes and dirty sheets on the beds. Chips were dumped behind the furniture. We had no TV for 2 1/2 days of our stay.

Not a fancy place but you can’t beat the price for the amazing beachfront location.
Pros:

The location was perfect.

Cons:

It’s older and the door to our room didn’t feel safe. The lock is that of a standard bedroom doorknob that can easily be broken into without much effort. The carpets aren’t very clean. The elevator is tiny and takes forever to arrive empty enough to get in. And it only goes from the ground street level to the lobby.

El peor hotel de ocean city la peor experiencia que e tenido .
Pros:

Nada este hotel es una completa estafa la tina y el lavamanos del hotel estaban tapados por suerte mi amigo es plomero y para q nos pudiéramos bañar se puso a destaparla en las camas habían chinches la lavadora de ropa no servía las chapas de la puertas no se podía echar llave es un hotel completamente antiguo que no tiene su devido mantenimiento los colchones están asquerosos pagué x un apt de 2 cuartos q en uno tenía una cama grande y en el otro cuarto 2 camas grandes y decía q era de 2 baños y q era a 100 pies del mar y le dieron uno con 2 cuartos con 2 camas tamaño full una cama en cada cuarto y con un baño , para colmo en la oficina me dijeron q el hotel q decía en la descripción era un error q no tenía eso ellos q la única opción era cancelarlo y q le devolvían solo la mitad del dinero son unos estafadores.

I would not stay again
Pros:

Staff was nice and understanding

Cons:

Rooms were not clean, first room stains under the bed spread, through the sheets and into mattress, second room bathroom window was smashed out, third room was ok......we had to move our stuff to 3 different rooms because of problems and this was after midnight, we got no kind of refund for the bad rooms.

Major renovations are necessary

The location is perfect. It’s on the beach, very close to the inlet and a great location to good food and drinks

Cons:

This hotel and apartments need to be completely renovated. The elevator was broken at one point, when it was “fixed” my friend used it and got stuck in it. The rooms do not come with any type of amenities like a fridge, coffee maker or microwave, these must be requested and are gross when received. The showers have no water pressure and went completely cold after a few minutes. The stairs to the apartments are not safe and feel like they could detach and fall at any moment. For the price I paid for only 2 nights, it was very disappointing. We had other’s with us and they were all very disappointed in their rooms/apartments as well. Unless a major renovation is done, we will not be staying here again.

Pros:

They didn't have breakfast. The location was good

Cons:

The bedrooms we were to have 3 bedrooms . 1 king bed , queen bed and 2 sets of bunk beds. And a sliding door to go sit n see beach. We didn't have any of it. We had 2 queen , 2 single beds and the couch that was to pull out was broken. We had to beg for clean towels and all .
