The hotel doesn’t match the standards of 5 starts hotels. I would say, it’s a good 3 stars hotel

Cons:

Our room wasn’t cleaned properly. We had a spider net in corners and some leftover garbage on the floor from the previous tenants.

The breakfasts were very limited, not comparable to any 5* hotels we have ever stayed at. On top of that, during one of our breakfasts, there was a caterpillar inside the served lettuce.

Good coffee from the bar during the breakfasts is chargeable, what a nonsense for a 5* hotel!

The minibar (!) in our room had only: 2 types of milk, 1 bottle of water, 1 bottle of beer and bread. Very strange selection.
Robes were given only by request, no shaving/sewing kit etc were provided.

We absolutely loved Batumi and our stay at the Grandeur Hotel!
The location is perfect, and everything during our stay went incredibly smoothly.
The view from the balcony is truly soul-treating.
We will definitely come back to Batumi and to the Grandeur Hotel!
It was an absolutely great choice.

Pros:

Отличная локация отеля, все близко, прекрасная многокилометровая набережная. Рядом маркеты, Grand Moll, кафе и рестораны, до старого города и Порта 10 минут на машине. Персонал отеля очень внимательный и вежливый, почти все говорят на русском. На 15 этаже находится ресторан с открытой террасой, чудесный вид на набережную. Особенно хочется отметить менеджера ресторана Тею, которая мужественно исправляет косяки руководства! В отеле есть СПА с закрытым бассейном и открытой террасой для загара, хамам, сауна. За территорией отеля можно пользоваться открытым бассейном на территории комплекса аппартаментов, это классно!

Cons:

Завтраки убогие, нет даже кофемашины, нормальный кофе на завтрак предлагают за дополнительную плату. Выпечка ужасная. Лифт иногда приходится ждать по 10-15 минут. Касательно телевизора в номере, учите грузинский язык, так как всего несколько каналов, и те только на грузинском. В общем, отель не тянет на 5*, нормальная четверочка.

Ужасно. Ни в коем случае не заселяйтесь в этот отель.

Cons:

Грязные номера, запах плесени, не меняют бельё, окна без шумоизоляции, кондиционер шумит но не охлаждает, спишь как на улице. Персонал не клиентоориентирован

Впечатления не без приятности
Pros:

Соотношение цена-качество идеальное. Номер чистый, отделка новая, освещение отличное - множество вариантов светильников. Парковка имеется, но догадаться, как туда проникнуть, невозможно. Она общая на множество соседних строений, находится во внутреннем дворе и достаточно плотно заполнена (может места и не быть), въезд рядом с Ibis. Надо проехать мимо своего отеля по бульвару, развернуться на кольце и свернуть направо за глухим зеленым забором - там будет виднеться синяя будка. 5 лари в сутки. Не зная нюансов, тянет припарковаться прямо напротив отеля - там огромная свободная парковка соседнего казино, но очень дорогая!

Cons:

Пляж напротив ужасен вполне, с огромными валунами и сплошным неудобьем. Но претензия не к отелю.
