В номере не было микроволновки, плитки, на кухне только раковина и холодильник. И чайник. Не было кофе, сахара. Посуды кроме чашек тоже не было ни какой. Постель не поменяли ни разу за 6 дней.... в ванной окно выходит на балкон! И все видят как ты купаешся. Окно большое и шторка прозрачная. Неужели нельзя было сделать матовое не прозрачное окно?

מלון מעולה, הספא והסאונה והחמאם והבריכה הם תוספת מאוד משמעותית למה שהמלון מציע. המלון מרוחק מהמרכז הסואן ואין פה רעש כמו במרכז העיר. לא לקחנו ארוחת בוקר כי אפשר למצוא בחוץ במשלוח אןכל יותר בזול. אפליקציה בולט מומלצת למוניות ולמשלוח מזון.

Прекрасный, красивый и стильный отель. Шикарный большой бассейн, сауна. Мне достался номер Делюкс на 13 этаже, вид на море восхитительный! Номер
Чистый, аккуратный, мебель хорошая. Удобная кровать и подушки. На ресепшене мне во всем помогали, все рассказали. Удобное расположение, гуляла по набережной. Хорошие завтраки, особенно понравилось что они до 11 утра и есть круассаны. Ресторан на 15 этаже тоже хороший: вид классный, вкусные десерты, картофель и шашлык! Я получила удовольствие и мне понравилось. Внизу так же рядом есть грузинский ресторанчик, его мне рекомендовали на ресепшен и там очень вкусное харчо. Рядом много супермаркетов.

Konum iyi, şehir turistik merkezi değil ama sakin, deniz kenarı, çok yakında market, restoran, casino var, trafiksiz ve havaalanına çok yakın noktada. Oda iyi, rahat, temiz. Personel kibar, ilgili çok yardımsever ve çalışkan, Spa ya gidemedim. Tekrar kalabilirim ama bazı küçük sorunlar var.

Cons:

birkaç küçük kusur var, oda masa yakınında priz yok, bilgisayar ile çalışmak için önceden şarj etmiş olmak şart. Klima yeterince ısıtmıyordu, sağolsunlar gelip tamir ettiler düzeldi ama demek ki düzenli bir kontrol ve bakım lazım. En büyük sorun kahvaltı, çokça çeşit var ama tadı ve kalitesi ortalama, bazıları iyi değil, idare eder mi? eh .... Ama en büyük sorun, sabah kahvaltıda anormal derecede çok yüksek sesli çalan müzik, inanılmaz abartılı yüksek, hep aynı müzik dönüyor, Amerikan caz klasikleri ve bazıları sabah saatinde insanın başını ağrıdan çatlatacak kadar bağırtılı, umarım bunu okur ve bir tedbir alırlar.

Overall, good experience
Pros:

We had a Suite with Terrace (one bedroom and living room). View is great, spacious bedroom, comfortable king bed, many storage space.
We could work on the two separate desks. Internet was not super fast, but acceptable. Heating worked well during cold winter days, so it was warm. The room showed some wear and tear on the furniture, but overall it was clean.

Indoor swimming pool is big , not many people during low season, but sometimes they organize swimming lessons for external visitors. There is a sauna and hammam (but was cold). Jacuzzi for some reason was cold during several days.

Cleaning was daily, very pleasant cleaning ladies.

Cons:

Kitchenette looked big, but had empty shelfs - no cutlery, just glasses and cups for tea/coffee. So do not consider it a kitchen.

We didn’t pay for breakfast, because the price seems too high comparing to prices at the nearby cafes where we can order any breakfast we want with a very good coffee. We read reviews that breakfast was not good, and decided to go outside for the same price or even less.

Location a bit far from the center, but there is nice park and the beach nearby.

The breakfast was average, nothing much to choose for vegetarian,

The room was not serviced as per standard, no replenishment of tea,coffee,sugar,water.The beds were not done neatly. the window was left open.
