Pros:

A wonderful, very clean hotel. Excellent service from everyone—including the housekeeping staff, restaurant servers, and reception team. Rooms are cleaned daily, and the staff is helpful with any request. The hotel restaurant is excellent and open every day from 3:00 PM until late at night. The location is superb—quiet, situated at the southern end of the promenade right next to Batumi’s green park. The pools and sauna are great fun.

На фото все было по другому маленькая комната разделена на два шланг в душе дырявый мы ушли от туда сразу ресепшене попросили хотя бы на один день вернуть деньги на что он спросил нетрогалы мы напитки в холодильнике

The staff are friendly the hoetl is clean, close to the beach

Cons:

On our arrival was s problem with the internet that was fixed after 2 days (we got to know about that without any notification) and the internet quality was very poor in our room also the TV didn't work the breakfast is decent they have black coffee and charge extra for other coffee (espresso, cappuccino ect)

Thelocation is excellent, and the facilities are also very good.

Cons:

Although the booking was for a sea view, the actual view was quite different from what was expected. It was on the third floor, and it turned out to be a corner room with a landscape view instead.

Неплохой отель, есть бассейн внутри и на улице. Красивые комнаты с большим балконом. Лифт и вода работали хорошо.

Cons:

Очень плохая уборка, уборщица приходила через день убирала только часть номера и всеравно все было в волосах которые были там до нас.
Заказывала отель за пол года с завтраком, на месте мне сказали что я заказала без завтрака, буду проверять с букингом.
Бассейн не плохой но очень грязно, пол просто отвратительный.

Pros:

We had a wonderful family stay at Batumi Grandeur Hotel with our two kids!
The location is fantastic, and we were given a spacious room with a great balcony offering beautiful sea views. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything spotless throughout our trip.
A special shout-out to Okro, Ramo, and Nika—they were incredibly polite, attentive, and helpful with anything we needed.
While the breakfast selection has room for a bit of improvement, the overall experience, comfort, and outstanding hospitality made our stay memorable. Highly recommended for families visiting Batumi!

Pros:

Очень доброжелательный, улыбчивый персонал, я была с ребенком инвалидом, мне необходимо было подогревать ему еду и внизу на ресепшене без всяких вопросов мальчики каждый день по 2-3 раза бегали мне греть в своей служебной микроволновке, чудесная горничная Майя (Очень профессионально убирает),уборка каждый день, отель относительно новый, красивые просторные номера, через дорогу новая шикарная набережная, вокруг куча магазинов и ресторанов, хороший удобный бассейн. из номера открывается шикарный вид на набережную и море.я очень довольна и вернусь в этот отель еще не раз.

Cons:

в одной из комнат всю ночь монотонно шумит что-то наподобие генератора. вибрирует кровать и стены. люди с чувствительным слухом и сном спать не смогут.
