The staff were friendly and the room was good and comfortable . The cafe at the front of the hotel is excellent, great staff and lovely food. The staff are so kind and professional. Always checking how we were. Great team working in the cafe always happy to help. The reception staff were also very kind and the manager always checked on us to see if we were ok and comfortable. A great team working at Hotel Kailash Kuttee.
The AC heating didn’t work and on numerous occasions someone came to fix it however it was not. We used the laundry service and I’m actually confused if they were washed/dry cleaned. There was a very horrible smell coming from the clothes. This needs to be looked at.
