Чисто, есть спорт зал с открывающимся окном.

It was our first visit to Tbilisi, but staying at the Hilton was excellent, the place warm and staff was very friendly. Most of them spoke English.
One staff member really stood our his name was Giorgio, he was amazing. So friendly always talking to us and made us feel welcome. Went our of his was to help us find places to visit during our stay. Assisted with our luggage with the utmost respect and friendliness. We will definitely return to Hilton on our next visit to Tbilisi, especially because how we was treated by him.

Front desk representatives were rude. I couldn’t reach my guest over the phone, and asked front desk to call on internal phone. Also I told them room number and name&surname of the guest. They were saying they couldn’t give the information about guest to third party. Then they told me they were unable to reach him on the internal phone. Only when the guest checked out I surprisingly found out that nobody has called him. I haven’t experienced such a bad approach from the hotel staff.

В таком ценовом диапазоне есть более качественные отели с уровнем сервиса выше. Такие вещи как отсутствие круглосуточного room service , не работающий ресторан после 21.00 и отсутствие халатов в отеле стоимостью 150 долл за ночь и с мировым именем немного смущает)
The room was comfortable and the view was beautiful. The breakfast was also wonderful and varied. I would like to express my special thanks and appreciation to the friendly reception staff Marita, Nikoloz, Tamta and Lasha.

I was there for 3 days, the staff was very friendly and smiling, the hotel is close to the center. If I visit Tbilisi again I would like to stay there.
I think they should put sofa in the rooms.
