I loved the design of the hotel, the room was wonderful, breakfast was amazing, both resturants were great as well, spa was wonderful I actually fell asleep during my massage, swimming pool was great, sauna and steam room were incredible, jacuzzi was amazing as well. They also fixed a nice little surprise with a bottle of wine and a cake in the room for my husband's birthday. That was wonderful
I think a littlt bit more hospitality would we wonderful, when we arrived at the hotel noone came outside to help with our luggage, while it's not necessary I think it would be an extra touch epecially handling a ton of luggage bags with a toddler, I have never been to any hotels in my recent years where they didnt come help you unload bags upon arrival. The second thing was while they fixed our room everyday I could tell they never vaccumed it, it was dusty and there were little things everywhere, I picked it up myself.

It was great, from the start to the finish. We got checked in 3 hours earlier than we were expected to, without any issues on their end, it took them maybe 3 minutes before we already had our key.
The hotel is stunning, well design and most importantly new. Compared to other hotels in Georgia, in my personal opinion, this one has it all and is very balanced to a perfection.
They have great restaurants, which was a huge plus to us. You can also order almost anything to your room. However the prices are a bit higher than usual Georgian restaurants, but in comparison to them, the level is completely different, and looking at European prices, you could even call it cheap.
It’s not a minus, but something that I would love to see them change, however I understand it’s not possible. The Spa is great, has it all, but the only problem is that they also sell a membership to non hotel guests, and most of the people you’ll see, will be from the outside. Even tho the price for that membership is considered a luxury, I still would love to see them just offering that only to their hotel guests.
It seems that it’s a big part of their revenue so I don’t think that will happen, so for those wondering, Spa is normally seeing at least 10 people at the same time, which is not a huge problem considering its size, but still would be better if that would be exclusive to the guests.
