Great atmosphere, with accommodation and bespoke service.
Pros:

It was great, from the start to the finish. We got checked in 3 hours earlier than we were expected to, without any issues on their end, it took them maybe 3 minutes before we already had our key.

The hotel is stunning, well design and most importantly new. Compared to other hotels in Georgia, in my personal opinion, this one has it all and is very balanced to a perfection.

They have great restaurants, which was a huge plus to us. You can also order almost anything to your room. However the prices are a bit higher than usual Georgian restaurants, but in comparison to them, the level is completely different, and looking at European prices, you could even call it cheap.

Cons:

It’s not a minus, but something that I would love to see them change, however I understand it’s not possible. The Spa is great, has it all, but the only problem is that they also sell a membership to non hotel guests, and most of the people you’ll see, will be from the outside. Even tho the price for that membership is considered a luxury, I still would love to see them just offering that only to their hotel guests.

It seems that it’s a big part of their revenue so I don’t think that will happen, so for those wondering, Spa is normally seeing at least 10 people at the same time, which is not a huge problem considering its size, but still would be better if that would be exclusive to the guests.

The best hotels in Georgia
Pros:

The hotel's location is generally great. It's close to everything.
It's new and very clean. The bathrooms have bidets.
The staff are friendly and solve any problems immediately.
If I come back to Georgia, I'll stay at the same place again.

Cons:

I arrived at the hotel around 9 in the morning. Since I was tired and sleepy, I had to check in before noon. With luggage, there was no other option. I paid an extra fee of around $100 for 3 hours, which was not pleasant at the start of the vacation.

The pool water was dirty the first day I went in, but it was cleaner and clearer on the following days.
Although the hotel is new, the sink and bathroom fixtures in the room had already started to rust. In my opinion, such a wonderful hotel shouldn't have rust.

Overall, it's a wonderful hotel; these are just minor issues.

Pros:

Мой любимый отель в Тбилиси . Я останавливаюсь там уже 7 раз . Новые , чистые номера с прекрасным бельем . Отличный завтрак . Месторасположение -топ . Вид с балкона на завтраке просто потрясающий Очень хороший спа и особенно массажистка Нонна. Можно лететь даже только ради такого массажа )
