Cons:

We were unable to use this company's services because they didn't answer our calls or messages. We never got into our room and spent the night elsewhere. However, in the morning, the company tried to charge our card for the room and breakfast for services that weren't provided. The name says Alliance Palace, but they're not an official representative.

Super Lage schönes Hotel. Leider stimmt nicht alle Angaben
Pros:

Große, saubere Zimmer. Sehr guter Ausblick und die zentrale Lage man konnte alles zu Fuß reichen.

Cons:

Auf dem Fotos war Pool abgebildet den konnte man überhaupt nicht nutzen, der gehört nicht dazu. Teilweise war ein Schrank kaputt den konnte man nicht auf und zu machen und die Seitenwand wurde fast rausgerissen.

I had a wonderful stay at alliance palace aparthotel. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a beautiful view and excellent location. I would especially like to highlight the outstanding service provided by the staff. Supervisor Giorgio was extremely professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request. His hospitality truly made a difference in our stay, also big thank you mr. Lima bellboy

Nice for few days in Batumi

На рецепшене работают отличные ребята которые быстро реагируют на какие-то поломки или просьбы, спасибо им за то что дали номер на 37-ом этаже с шикарным видом и на Батуми и на море и на горы, вид из нашего номера был действительно завораживающим так номер был угловым с огромным балконом по кругу👍🏻Спасибо Гиорги и Лаше!

Cons:

Соотношение цены и качества, в не сезон я заплатил 45€ за ночь, в номере тумбочки у кровати были подёртыми, по середине стола было пятно скорее всего от вина! Уборка это вообще ужас, в номере зашли и сложили только полотенца причём подняли с пола полотенца для ног и сложили его положив на маленькие полотенца для лица, а в номере даже не тронули мусор за такие деньги можно у частника в этом же Альянсе снять за 25€ ночь, переплатил лишь потому что наше прибытие было ночью. Ещё в номере не работал кондиционер, по нашему обращению нам его починили, но ночь в холодном номере мы проспали…
