Pros:

Прекрасный вид из окна на башни и реку. Стильный современный интерьер. Все новое и чистое.

Cons:

Очень громкий звук от горной реки, мешал спать.

Pros:

Habitación muy amplia con cama confortable.
Las vistas son espectaculares, pero debo decir que es bastante ruidoso puesto que da al río, si a uno no le importa, es precioso.
El desayuno estuvo correcto.
Nana, la chica de la recepción y otra señora que trabaja allá fueron muy amables llamando a un conocido para que me llevara a coger el transfer de vuelta a Kutaisi puesto que caía una tormenta. Se agradece esos gestos.

Cons:

Falta algún detalle en la manutención de la habitación, cosa simple, pero que hace la diferencia.

Сам отель красивый и современный. Карточная система открытия дверей, красивый дизайн номера, есть все удобства, просторно, красивый вид с балкона.
Стоит своих денег.

Cons:

Было ощущение, что отель брошен.
Ресторан не работал все дни, что мы были. Ресепшен нет за стойкой, нужно звонить.
Горничных не видели также ни разу.

В номере по описанию заявлен телевизор, но его не было и окно закрывалось не плотно.

Новый отель, качественный и современный ремонт! В ванной все необходимое есть.

Cons:

Все по европейски, прохладно, придраться особо не к чему...
Не хватает Грузинской души, внимательности, то чего получили и отдавали в других местах.

Pros:

Es war ein Vorteil mein Zimmer auf der Rückseite zu haben mit Blick auf den Wald und die Berge. Klimaanlage braucht man dort ja nicht. Aber Nachts habe ich gerne das Fenster auf für frische Luft. Hätte ich ein Zimmer nach vorne mit Blick auf Mestia gehabt wäre der laute und tosende Fluss störend gewesen.

Mir gefiel auch noch der große Duschbereich.

Cons:

Trotz Kühlschrank bei der Ausstattung fehlte dieser im Zimmer. Obwohl ich dies reklamierte bekam ich keinen zur Verfügung gestellt.

Pros:

Ottima posizione con vista sul fiume. Letto molto comodo.

Cons:

La televisione non c’era, non è stato possibile chiudere la finestra perché rotta, il piano del lavandino era scrostato. Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo dovuto chiedere di cambiare l’accappatoio perché era usato. Sicuramente deludente per un hotel a 4 stelle.

Wonderful hotel with the very best staff
Pros:

Everything! The location is stunning. From our room we could see the mountains and river. The rooms were light clean spacious and nicely decorated. The best bit of all were the staff Mariam and Nana - never in all our travels have we met two more helpful and kind people. When our hire car broke down they arranged a taxi for us and did all they could to assist us at all hours of the day. They also translated and assisted with the hire company. We genuinely felt they cared about our family and their hospitality will be remembered for years to come. We loved them and the hotel.
