Une adresse parfaite pour Gori. Un appartement nouveau bien équipé avec la vue magnifique de la terrasse. Dommage qu’on ne pouvait pas rester plus longtemps. Propriétaire très sympa.

Szuper elhelyezkedésű, csendes és biztonságos környékű, de a főbb látnivalóktól könnyed sétányi távra elhelyezkedő szállás. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész és mosolygós volt, az esetlegesen felmerülő problémáimat és kérdéseimet is segítettek megoldani, rugalmasan kezelni. A szállás modern, tágas és elképesztően kényelmes volt. Az ágy és az ágynemű az egyik legjobb, amiben valaha aludtam, igazán pihentető volt itt álomra hajtani a fejem. Plusz pont a szállásnak a környékbeli kutyusok irányába tanúsított figyelmességéért. Fanasztikus hely, ha visszatérek Goriba, akkor is itt fogok megszállni!
Facile da raggiungere e facile trovare parcheggio. Le lenzuola erano perfette con stiratura professionale. La camera sembrava pulita. L’arredo discutibile ma questo è soggettivo.
Il bagno, apparentemente sfizioso, in realtà era assai poco pulito e con poca manutenzione. Dal rubinetto del lavabo scendeva un filo di acqua causa calcare mai pulito, del filtrino, la rubinetteria tutta incrostata e macchiata di calcare. Il prezzo alto, per la qualità e per il posto: Gori!!!

Mieszkanie przerosło nasze oczekiwania! Było czyste, nowocześnie urządzone i w pełni wyposażone, bardzo wygodne łóżka. Kontakt z gospodarzem wzorowy, dostaliśmy jasne instrukcje dotyczące zameldowania. Cena w stosunku do jakości 10/10.

So, the rooms were conveniently located and they were on a side street that felt safe and with amenities like a market close by. The original rooms that we booked were on the 9th floor with great views and decoration.
The host was away and on another country. That meant that when we faced issues we had to fix the issues ourselves. On our biggest room there was a leak in the bathroom. We contacted the owner and they offered another room on a much lower floor. The other room was clearly not at the same level as the first. It was also not ready for us (expected) and we had to "fix" things ourselves (like the water-heater)|
The owner was at the end accommodating (they also lowered the price) but we had to press the issue and we also received a reply at some point along the lines of "if you do not like it - find somewhere else to stay"
I get that issues might come up - however customer experience is important even on bnb style places like this.

Мало посуды и мало столовых приборов. Нет чистящего средства для посуды и нет приборов для нарезки хлеба(например). Нет микроволновой печи, нельзя разогреть еду для ребенка или просто подогреть заказанную еду из ресторана.
La struttura sembra nuova e le camere sono arredate con gusto, con tanti oggetti per renderle più accoglienti. Alla reception abbiamo trovato personale cortese e gentile
Il bagno non era all'altezza della struttura: doccia fredda e tubi che perdevano acqua, da rivedere completamente.
