Pros:

Overall it was not worth the price. We prioritized this hotel knowing we’d have a pool included and netflix, as it was described, but nobody mentioned it wouldn’t work, there was no netflix, no toothbrush or toothpaste as it was mentioned the hair dryer was not working properly so we weren’t able to our hair whatsoever and on top of that the electricity went off in the morning, in the middle of a shower and our preparation for check out, very bad experience, won’t go there ever again and won’t recommend anyone. I insist on getting some refund for this because this is ridiculous!!!

Mærkeligt sted, men okay hotel
Pros:

Meget mærkelig sted. Det lignede et forladt luksushotel. Det ligger i en by, hvor man intet kan lave - så man skal til Stepantsminda for at spise aftensmad.
Morgenmaden på hotellet var fint. Poolen var ‘out of service’, hvilket vi ikke var blevet informeret om på forhånd og som vi blev ærgerlige over. Hele hotellet har omkring 30 værelser og jeg tror, at vi i alt boede 5 mennesker på hele hotellet. Mærkelig oplevelse, men overordnet var det fint

Pros:

Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. interior is very aesthetic. Best part of the hotel is heated pool and amazing views from balcony.

Should renovate fast!
Pros:

Huge rooms but very old- not updated at all, no wifi in the rooms although complaining several times... swimming pool was exelent though. Also staff is very nice (exept the Wifi...)

Pros:

Hotel and room are good and we got family room big room. This hotel we can see mountain around 360. Good view and morning we can smell grass and fresh air around mountain.
