リバティスクエアまで徒歩数分でロケーションは素晴らしいです。近隣にはSparがあり、水やちょっとしたものの買い物にも困りませんでした。空港までの往復はリムジンサービスを利用しましたが、片道95GELです。BOLTを使えば安くなるのはわかっていましたが、日本国内からはクレジット決済ができなかったので、今回はホテルのサービスを選びました。コンプメンタリーで水1本と紅茶、インスタントコーヒーが提供されました。シャワールームに扉がないので、水が跳ねてフロアのバスマットが濡れるので、バスマットの置き場所は要注意です。朝食のブフェは種類も多く、特にチーズは美味しかったです。部屋は２１８号室で少し広めの部屋で広さ、設備も十分でした。

Cons:

フロントスタッフに帰りのリムジンの予約をお願いしましたが、何時に出発すれば良いかを尋ねても別のスタッフに電話を確認していましたが、なかなか時間がかかり、結局私が出発時間を決めました。これは重大な改善点です。他のスタッフについてはドアを開けてくれるとか親切で問題ないので、評価は5にしました。あとホテルの問題ではないのですが、ツアーバスが夜に大音量で音楽を流しながら通過するので騒音に悩まされました。それで設備は4にしましたが、他は問題ありません。

The room was very small, the toilet was tiny and not very clean, the windows were covered in cobwebs, the bed was unstable and could be moved easily, the bedding was of average quality, and it felt more like a budget hotel. It was conveniently located near the main street, but also very noisy at night! The hotel elevator could barely fit two people; I wouldn't recommend it!

אכזבה!
Pros:

הזמנתי מראש את המלון ל-3 תקופות שונות במשך השבועיים בגאורגיה
ביום שנחתנו הגענו למלון, עשינו צק אין, קיבלנו את המפתח לחדר
עלינו לחדר , הכל היה נראה טוב ויפה ואז הסבתר כי דלת השירותים נעולה!
התקשרנו לקבלה ובא מישהו שגם לא הצליח - פשוט מפח נפש! ולא נתנו לנו חדר חלופי או פיצוי למעו ביטול חינם

מן הסתם לפני שקיבלנו את החדר בטח ניקו אותו - איך לא שמו לב שדלת השירותים נעולה ולא ניתנת לפתיחה?????
