Хороший отель, локация идеальная.. чисто удобно

Cons:

В некоторых номерах не открываются окна, на вторую ночь начала задыхаться .. номер нам поменяли, но пережитая бессонная ночь была ужасна, по этой причине в отель не вернемся

הייתה לנו חוויה מעןלה בטבילסי.
Pros:

זו הפעם השנייה שאנחנו שוהים במלון. המיקום מעולה. הצוות היה נגיש, הייתה לנו בעיה עם החדר, שידרגו לנו את החדר ללא תוספת תשלום. ניכר הרצון לתת את השירות הטוב ביותר. גם קאטיה וגם נוני מאוד השתדלו.
יש שיפור גדול בשירות לעומת הפעם הקודמת שהיינו באוקטובר. מלון מומלץ. אחזור שוב.

הכל היה טוב, ארוחת הבוקר עשירה. אבל מאחר ואכלנו 9 ימים, אין חידושים ושינויים בארוחה. כל יןם אותה ארוחה. זה שעמם. אפשר לגוון

הצוות היה אנושי וקשוב. היתה תקלה ממושכת עם המזגן ביום השני לשהותינו , וכפיצוי איפשרו לנו להשאר ביום העזיבה עד שעה מאוד מאוחרת, עקב טיסה בשעות הלילה, כפיצוי ללא תוספת עלות מצידינו.
