Some changes would be good.
Pros:

Location and breakfast were good, The room was clean (one stain on the carpet) and everything worked as it should.

Cons:

I had a rental car for a couple of days, I person told me that the hotel had an agreement with a lot down the street. Park there and pay the hotel. Another told me they had no idea what the first one was talking about. It was very confusing. There is an inexpensive, by US standards, parking down the street. Pay at the lot. Also, we were two couples with the reservation under one name. The second couple arrived much later than we did. I made sure I told the desk they were coming and their name. They had a very difficult time checking in which did get resolved, but should not have occured.
