Nice place to stay

Nice modern hotel in the historic center — clean, tidy, and with very friendly staff.

Cons:

It was a bit loud outside, and my window faced another part of the hotel, so the curtains were kept closed all the time. I only stayed one night, so it wasn’t a big problem

Perfect Stay in Tbilisi ♥️
Pros:

Our stay at Glarros Old Town Tbilisi was truly wonderful. The location is perfect – right in the heart of the Old Town, with easy walking access to all the main attractions, restaurants, and bars.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Our room was cleaned and refreshed every day, which made our stay even more comfortable. We would also like to give a special thanks for allowing us an early check-in — we truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. What we loved the most was the overall atmosphere of the hotel – it feels both cozy and stylish at the same time. The lively surroundings with plenty of cafés and nightlife options made the experience even better.

Overall, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi. We would definitely stay here again.

Tbiliside mükemmel konaklama 😍

Glarros Old Town Tbilisi otelinde konaklamamız gerçekten harikaydı. Otelin konumu mükemmel – Old Town’un tam kalbinde yer alıyor ve tüm önemli noktalara, restoranlara ve barlara yürüyerek kolayca ulaşılabiliyor.

Odalar temiz, konforlu ve oldukça şık bir şekilde tasarlanmıştı. Odamız her gün düzenli olarak temizlendi ve bu durum konaklamamızı daha da keyifli hale getirdi. Ayrıca erken giriş yapmamıza izin verdikleri için de özellikle teşekkür etmek isteriz – bu nazik jesti gerçekten çok takdir ettik.

Personel son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi, her konuda destek olmaya hazırdılar. En çok hoşumuza giden şey ise otelin genel atmosferiydi – hem sıcak hem de stil sahibi bir ortama sahip. Etrafındaki canlı kafe ve gece hayatı seçenekleri de deneyimimizi daha da güzelleştirdi.

Genel olarak Tiflis’e gelecek herkese bu oteli gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz. Tekrar gelsek kesinlikle yine burada kalırdık.

Нам дуже сподобався готель. Красивий, сучасний, з відмінним сервісом. Було зручно відкривати до себе місто, бо розташування ідеальне. Якщо приїдемо ще, то точно залишимось в цьому готелі ще раз.

Great location, great price, comfortable bed and pillows, nice art deco.
Pros:

I did not have the breakfast included. It was quite expensive at 25 EUR so I went elsewhere. The location was fine, it was close to the event I was going to and not far from a lot.

Cons:

While taking a shower I put down the towel for feet to block the water and the way the bathroom floor is leveled, the water flows out the shower entrance and to the door despite the thick towels. This was only a minor thing for me but was strange that the bathroom was not checked for water flow on the floor even after only 20 seconds of showering.

The only other thing would be that the windows werent sound proofed better. Especially in the old town where its quite noisy, mostly the Police constantly every few minutes blowing their sirens all night which get annoying after a few days.
