Amazing atmosphere and location, right in the heart of the mountains. The hosts were very attentive and made our stay even more enjoyable – thank you for that. The kitchen was excellent, with delicious dishes. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it to everyone.

Water in the shower was not hot enough. The road was rough.
Management was very helpful and friendly. Managers are Americans, so communication was very easy. Many guests were families with young children. The pool was nice, but somewhat crowded with families (a good thing if one expects children). Facilities are new and good. Hotel is new and is working through the usual startup issues. I expect it will fix the startup issues and it will be a fine hotel to visit in the future.
The location is very nice, but somewhat out of the way. Nevertheless, signs are plentiful so it was not difficult to find. Hotel seemed to be a bit understaffed; this was confirmed in discussion with management who said that finding good staff is difficult. I expect this problem will be solved.
