Exceeded expectations
Pros:

The hotel is situated on the 9th floor with its own entrance lobby and lift. The room and bathroom were very spacious and had a closed-up balcony. There are no high buildings nearby; therefore, we had an unobstructed view over the city and swifts flying right in front of our windows. The room was very clean and equipped with everything you need. Breakfast room also has amazing views.
Receptionist was very kind young lady and cleaners we met in the corridor also were very kind and polite.
Near by hotel there are many shops and cafes. Supermarket in the corner of Solomon and Tamar The Queen Street (1 min walk from hotel) sells tasty ready to go food and impressive cakes. Hotel is in short walking distance to Colchis Fountain.
We wouldn't look for another hotel if we would visit Kutaisi again.

Pros:

It was above our expectations. My wife who is very sensitive to the hygiene and cleanliness liked it a lot. Since I wasn't sure about the hotel's quality had reserved another hotel for the second day, but after staying there one night cancelled the other hotel and stayed there. Overall, very good experience.
