Pros:

Very nice place, the staff are very nice. The room was a little bit small but very clean the bed was comfy , the breakfast was so delicious..

Cons:

The price is a little to high for a small hotel in place like kutaisi.
Theres no privacy on the balcony. It looks more like one big balcony for all the guests
Its was not very nice that at 12:00pm the receptionist called me and said its time for check out, every hotel give another 30min , even an hour to leave. At 12:20pm i was finally finished packing all my things and started to took all my suitcases out from the room while the cleaning ladies standing next my room watching me and keep saying . are you finish over and over,It was unsuitable situation

Дежурные "американские" улыбки от персонала выглядят забавно — бывшим землякам из постсоветского пространства эту фальшь видно с первой секунды.

Вай фай плохо работал.

Нельзя посидеть на веранде днем. Насладиться видом и поработать.

Widok z hotelowej restauracji wymiata :) Wymiana ręczników codziennie. Było czysto, a w recepcji obsługa mówiła po angielsku.
Lokalizacja hotelu jest na plus, nie było to ścisłe centrum(fontanna), ale było piechotą do niego 15 min, a droga super prosta.

Cons:

Niestety nie działał sejf i klimatyzacja, a czasem było zimno. Zaniedbany balkon. Śniadania nie były najlepsze, nie było dostępnej kawy z ekspresu.

Sehr schönes Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt wenige Minuten zu Fuss von der wunderschönen Altstadt von Kutaisi entfernt. Das tolle am Hotel ist, dass alle Zimmer sowie das Restaurant im 9 Stock sind und man von daher aus allen Zimmern eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Stadt bzw. die Umgebung hat.
Zimmer sind für den Preis absolut okay, ohne jeglichen Luxus. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielseitig. Kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden, zudem ruhig.

Cons:

Das Internet war die meiste Zeit sehr schlecht, aber angeblich gab es Probleme, die behoben werden mussten.

Pleasant overall, with a minor drawback.
Pros:

The guest rooms are all located on the 9th floor. They offer a good view. My room was spacious enough. The mattress was fine. The refrigerator worked well. The surroundings are not noisy at night.

Cons:

Unfortunately, at breakfast (as is so often the case), the items that should have been warm were cold.
