Wouldn't recommend to anyone!!
Pros:

The breakfast was great

Cons:

We booked the room was 3 persons with the single 3 beds. The room wasn't cleaned properly upon arrival, we found layers of thick dust behind the bed wall along with insects. The washroom handle was also broken and someone got locked inside. At night there was loud sounds coming from the roof even though the roof had no bar/rooms. We requested to change the room but when we came at night the receptionist was drunk/on drugs and he couldn't understand our request. Overall i only liked the breakfast but the experience to sum up was extremely unpleasant.

Pros:

Very comfortable, good room and breakfast.

Cons:

No Laundry service. Considering there is literally no where to do Laundry in Kutaisi, it would really be good to have this service.

Nicht empfehlenswert- woher kommen denn all die guten Bewertungen
Pros:

Das Einchecken mitten in der Nacht war sehr gut. Die Lage ist gut.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig (Lärm von außen und innen). Das Bett ist unbequem (Matratze durchgelegen).
Wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad.
Zum Frühstück gab es lauwarmes Wasser für den löslichen Kaffee, viele Dinge am Buffet wurden nur nach Hinweis nachgelegt (die Frühstückskraft machte einen eher unmotivierten Eindruck).
Der Hotel-Lift war häufig außer Betrieb.

Panoramic di nome e di fatto.
Pros:

Al nono piano di un palazzone che ospita la reception al piano terra. Ascensore riservato. Parcheggi dell'hotel davanti alla struttura, ma comunque si parcheggia senza problemi.
Kutaisi è base di partenza per lo Svaneti (imperdibile) e per visitare Batumi in giornata.
Market 24h molto vicino.
Colazione standard con bella vista sulla cattedrale (in lontananza).
Camera semplice ma confortevole
Una ragazza parla italiano

Cons:

20 minuti per raggiungere il centro lungo una strada sicura ma molto trafficata (poi c'è sempre Bolt...)
Non sono riusciti ad aprire la cassetta di sicurezza.
Personale come sempre in Georgia, molto asciutto.

Pros:

The room was big and adequate and the water pressure in the shower is good. Price point is good and the breakfast was above average.

Cons:

It is about 10-15 mins away from the main square on foot. I wish it was slightly nearer.
