בניגוד למצגים לא מדובר בכלל במלון ארבעה כוכבים, למעשה קשה להגדיר את המקום מלון. מדובר בבניין מגורים אומלל למדי שלא נמצא במרכז כותאיסי. למה שמכונה מלון יש כניסה בקומת הקרקע, אבל עולים במעלית לקומה התשיעית, שם על פני חלק מהקומה ישנם חדרים שהם משום מה קוראים להם מלון 4 כוכבים. הריח במסדרון איום, כתוצאה מסוג של נוזל חיטוי. החדר שהזמנו היה קטן בהרבה ממה שנראה בתמונות, הטרסה שהוצגה באתר היתה יציאה מסוכנת החוצה לשני מטר על מטר, גלוי לכל יתר היציאות האחרות ובלתי שימיש לחלוטין. משהו הזוי. הציעו לנו חדר יותר גדול אבל גם הוא והמתקן כולו היו בלתי קבילים. שילמנו על לילה ישירות לפקידה וברחנו משם מבלי לשהות דקה במקום. מיהרנו לבית מלון אמיתי של 4 כוכבים בכותאיסי.

ארוחת בוקר נדיבה על מרפסת המשקיפה על העיר. זה לא מלון פאר, זה מלון סבבה לגמרי 👌
We had a good stay at Hotel Panoramic. The hotel is located on the 9th floor and offers an amazing panoramic view of the entire city of Kutaisi. From the outside, the building looks a bit old-fashioned, but inside the hotel is very modern, beautifully designed, and comfortable.
The hotel has its own restaurant on the same floor as the rooms, which is very convenient, and the view from the restaurant is absolutely breathtaking. The food was excellent, although the service in the restaurant could be improved. The staff were friendly and always responded to guests’ requests, but sometimes the hospitality felt more professional than genuinely warm and personal, which slightly affected the overall experience.
The breakfast was nice and offered a good variety, but the service experience was similar to the restaurant. The location is excellent, right in the city center, although reaching the Old Town and the main attractions of Kutaisi is easier by car or taxi.
Overall, Hotel Panoramic is a good choice with a fantastic view, modern rooms, great food, and a very convenient location. With some improvements in service and a more personal approach from the staff, it could become an outstanding hotel.
The restaurant staff can improve their service level. It sometimes felt more professional than genuinely warm and personal, which slightly affected the overall experience. Other than that, no complaints.

Hôtel bien situé, proche du centre de Koutaïssi. Chambre confortable. Belle vue sur la ville. Petit déjeuner varié.
Nous avons été dispensé de payer le supplément pour une chambre triple.
נקי ונעים, צ'ק אין חלק, צוות נהדר.
ארוחת בוקר קלילה ונעימה, יש מסעדה במלון ובר קליל עם מרפסת יפייפיה לעיר. המלון בקומה העליונה ביותר של הבניין ולו מעלית נפרדת ופרטית לקומה העליונה.
סך הכל שהות נעימה וקלילה. מרחק 10-15 דקות מהמרכז ומהכיכר. יש גם סופר מרקט למטה במרחק של חצי דקה מהמלון.
בתחילת הקיץ ששהיתי (חודש יוני) - במעלית השקופה מאוד מאוד חם ולא נעים, ובמסדרון היה מזגן שלא עבד.
