Cons:

Brak śniadania pomimo opłacenia, nieczynne windy dla gości. Dostęp miał tylko personel poprzez kodowane klucze. Było to ogromne zagrożenie dla mieszkańców, chociażby ze względu na pożar. My mieszkaliśmy na 9 piętrze.

No per un viaggio a Kutaisi
Pros:

Posizione relativamente vicina al centro di Kutaisi. Pulizia della camera ogni giorno.

Cons:

Per un problema accorso al momento del check-out, abbiamo trovato lo Staff poco cordiale e rispettoso verso il cliente. Ci è stato contestato un fatto, che non riconoscevamo e non ci è stata lasciata documentazione alcuna.
Il terrazzo non è ben tenuto e ci sono molti piccioni che stazionano nello stesso.

La doccia non funzionava bene, il soffione principale aveva un getto che andava a bagnare tutto il bagno.

The good modern hotel not far from the center
Pros:

A good modern hotel. It has everything you need. Comfortable beds, good water pressure in the shower. Beautiful view from the window. Quite acceptable breakfast.

Cons:

It was very cold in the restaurant in the morning, but I think that's because snow and sub-zero temperatures are rare here =)
