Everything is exceptional, the hotel and its design, the staff, the service. Rooms are clean and designed creatively. The location is also special. Only thing i didn't like was their breakfast, I would recommend not to include it in your booking and go somewhere for breakfast.

В целом все замечательно. Доброжелательный и приветливый персонал. В отеле чисто, нет лишнего шума, номер был достаточно просторный.

Cons:

В номере не было базовых вещей: зубной щетки, пасты, ватных дисков. Просто базовых вещей гигиены которые обычно предоставляются в отелях такого уровня.

Улыбчивые и приветливые люди. Персонал помог с чемоданами, сразу предоставили детскую кроватку. Наше пребывание в Red было прекрасным! Продумана каждая мелочь для удобства туристов, расположение шикарное. Однозначно будем советовать и возвращаться сюда не один раз!
