Not worth the money, issues with cleanliness

I was hesitant to write this but seeing how many great reviews there are, I have a question - have you people been to a nice hotel before? Because this is not it.
I paid 150 euros for two nights at a “suite” which was smaller than a regular holiday inn room. Two of the towels had black hair in it. I wanted a proper blanket for the night, not that thin sheet, so I pulled one out of the closet which had yellow stains on it??
Breakfast was very average despite wide selection, coffee was burnt. Staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there.
I wish I could say at least something nice but this place is not it.

Pros:

设计感非常棒！格局、布艺、画幅等装饰都很好。但水笼头和花酒等五金配件不行，看着廉价，没有份量，甚至洗一半澡，花酒坏了。早餐品种看着很丰富，摆盘也美，但食材不够新鲜。位置绝好，主要景点都近在咫尺。

水笼头、花洒和冰箱（把手是坏的）质量太差了。

Pros:

Tolles Hotel im Retro Stil, es zieht sich durch das ganze Haus durch. Super Lage, man ist überall schnell zu Fuß. Das beste Frühstück in Georgien, abgesehen vom Kaffee 😁, aber es kann so gut wie niemand im Land bzw ws ist schwierig, richtigen statt löslichen im Hotel zu bekommen.

Cons:

Es gab nur nichts auszusetzen. Betten sind sehr fest, zieht sich aber auch durch das ganze Land.

Helpful reception staff, poor management
Pros:

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, location is good.

Cons:

Our air conditioning was broken but management did not fix it, accept a room change or offer any kind of small, goodwill gesture for the inconvenience amidst the 31 degree heat. These things happen, but the response from management was very different to what guests would expect.

Pros:

Hôtel idéalement situé dans Kutaisi. J’ai beaucoup aimé le style de l’hôtel et la déco décalée. Le personnel est très sympathique. Incroyable petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Malheureusement la chambre que j’ai obtenue numéro 201 donne dans la cage d’escalier et est très bruyante. Les équipements et le matériel vont avec le design de l’hôtel, ils sont originaux mais à revoir, lumière très sombre, rideau qui ne tient plus, robinet branlant.

Pros:

Rooms are comfortable, spacious enough with good breakfast. Checkin experience was great and reception staff were always ready to help. We dropped our hat somewhere in the hotel premises and they kept it safe until we come back at night. Location was near to pick up points of some of the activities starting from Kutaisi, so it was very convenient. All shops, restaurants etc were available on walkable distance.

It is has a good location and interesting design and decorations.

Cons:

In general all was good, expect one situation, which we didn’t really like - on the breakfast there were few versions of omelet, but since my husband doesn’t like omelet, I asked if they can do just 1 portion of sunny-side up egg, and I was told that they can. And after next day, we saw that the cook personally brought 3 portions of sunny-side up eggs to other guests. It felt really unfair to have different treatment for no reason. I was fine with the answer NO, if I didn’t see that it was only no to US.

家庭房比较宽敞，离喷泉很近，洗手间很大，但是没有足够的位置放衣服和洗漱用品，大床房靠街边有点吵，早餐很精致，但是味道一般，牛奶变质，酒店位置不如靠河边方便
